Hi everyone! I just NEEDED to come on here and say wow to Jackie Morin at the Boca Raton Town Center Kiehls location!!! She is just so incredibly amazing and sweet! She’s a great worker and I really believe that every employee should have the same energy and love for their work as she does! She made my day.

Worst experience ever. I’m NEVER one to complain about being treated differently because of race, color, or creed, because it’s not something I experience often, if at all, however, the experience I just had at this store left me feeling awful. I will never step foot back in this store again. Ever. They need to do better.

Having been recommended Kiehl's for a long time, I decided to visit the Boca Town Center store today and was not disappointed whatsoever! The two employees there, the Jackie team (as they shared the same first name) greeted me with open hands and guided me to the betterment of my skin care routine! I have not met two employees more dedicated to being welcoming and caring for the customer's concerns and success! They knew how to welcome a newcomer to the store and treated me like family, incredible employees and amazing products! Highly recommend the Jackie team for a future visit!

I’ve been trying to give the sales lady a chance but today was the limit. Customer service is awful at this location. The lady who was working there is very rude and disrespectful. Tbh not sure if this is because some prejudice or what but she doesn’t even bother to greet me, I asked for a sample and she wouldn’t even let me finish my request and interrupted me with a blunt NO!
I brought a friend who’s looking for sole skin care for her son’s eczema but she didn’t even care to look at my friend and ask any questions whatsoever. I’ve been a customer of the brand for over 10 years and by far the customer at this store is pretty awful. Not coming back again that’s for sure

Staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. They’re great at recommending products and giving you samples to try before committing. Best skin products I’ve come across…and I’ve been around!

Each and every single time I have came to kiehls, Jackie has made my experience amazing. Not only is she kind, but she has helped me find the products that work for my skin. She is also beyond happy and excited to help each and every person who walks through the door. Jackie is my favorite employee and I always get so happy to see she’s working when I go in.

Love this place! I wish the Florida locations add a Spa like they have in New York. Got here a bit late and the sales lady was. Extremely helpful and patient. Got a nice travel bag with goodies for Father's Day!!!!

I love Kiehl's & I've been shopping here forever. The hyper allergenic, organic, fragrance free quality ingredients make their products perfect. The sunscreen with 30 spf is so creamy and goes on my face yes so smoothly. I don't need a Brazilian blow dry when I have the leave in conditioner and just a drop of hair oil gets all the kink out. I walked by and saw a 25% off everything sale in the store so I was lured inside.

My boyfriend and I drove quite a distance to come to this Kiehl’s location and was almost closing time, Chadrick made the experience so amazing. He was so knowledgeable, inviting, and detailed. Above and beyond customer satisfaction! Bought a few things and will definitely be returning soon.

Every time I come here it's a great experience. All of the workers are nice and know exactly what they are talking about. My skin would break out like crazy before coming here. Now it's definitely cleared as well. I recommend everyone try it! JACKIE IS THE BEST BTW! Ask for her!

Jonathan was fantastic! Not a sales tactical approach at all. Really heard me in my skin desires and didn’t push unnecessary products at me or my boyfriend. He even did a skin test on him to help understand his sensitivities. Will be using Jonathan exclusively at Kiehls moving forward.
