I attended Keshava’s classes back when they were in NYC and I haven’t found anything that compares to the level of teaching that he does. I search for them from time to time hoping they find their way back to NY :)

I took class here a few year ago and until today the lessons learned help me through my daily life (like walking properly), help me find a safe calm place within me and I’m forever grateful for Keshava and Radha for sharing this space and their experience.

I have been playing around with the idea of trying yoga for years but always put it off. It was finally time and I found the right place. The studio, instructor and students were unassuming. The class was informative and helped with my stress immediately. Someone else in the class told me people come back here for years. I can tell the instructor was knowledgeable not only about stretching and strengthening but more importantly the practice of breathing and meditation to quiet your thoughts and connect with nature. I can't wait to go back. I can tell this will be a huge lifestyle change for me, which is just what I need.

Yoga is a mind and body workout, for sure. But the asanas -- or poses -- are just part of it. Yoga is movement and breath and meditation: a three-legged stool. Everyday we are bombarded by social media, etc which may cause undo stress on the body and mind. Practice with Radha and Keshava has literally changed my life. I am more relaxed and the things that once bothered me simply "pass by like clouds in the sky". No two days are exactly the same and nor are the practices at this studio. The instructors take the time to understand YOU. They love what they do and it shows. Everyday I am grateful for their time and talent. I know from experience it is never too late to start, the body will respond and the mind will follow. Namaste

Gentle yet challenging classes that leave you with a feeling of deep peace. The classes are never the same, so it is always fresh. Both Keshava and Radha have extensive knowledge of anatomy and are quick to notice your placement and offer modifications to keep you safe. I go as often as I can and highly recommend this studio
