I recently went in to this location for the first time to pick up an online order. The two ladies working were so nice and pleasant! I didn’t pay for my parking so one was keeping an eye out for me to make sure I didn’t get a ticket ? great customer service! I love my necklace. Shop is in a great location.

Customer service at Kendra Scott was exceptional. My sales associate Noa was very approachable, polite, professional & knowledgeable. I had a few gifts in mind while shopping but she also offered up suggestions based on who I was shopping for. Truly a great shopping experience!

This was my first time visiting this location in Mizner Park and it was Spectacular!!! My daughter wanted to buy a special gift for her Best friend as they are going off to college and wanted a keepsake of their friendship. She purchased the Elaina Adjustable Chain Bracelet in Emerald and Berry. These bracelets are absolutely Gorgeous!!! From the moment we entered the store we were greeted and the staff is very attentive. This purchase was flawless and done in less than 5 minutes. The store is Gorgeous and all of the jewelry is dazzling. I cannot wait to start my Christmas shopping. Thank you for an extraordinary experience.

Love the brand and the jewelry but the customer service at the Boca Raton location is consistently poor. Going forward I am only shopping at the Palm Beach Gardens location where they are friendly and easy to work with.

First, let me say that the store is beautiful. We came to Boca after evacuating our home on the gulf coast, due to Hurricane Ian. We are emotionally taxed and still unsure of what we will come home to, so what better distraction than shopping.Marcia Z. is amazing! She is the most personable, considerate, and fun woman that we have been lucky to come in contact with, while my family and I stay in beautiful Boca. Marcia was so attentive to my daughter and I, while we shopped for my daughters first Kendra Scott piece. I went to this shop with my mom recently and ALL of the girls were just so nice and helpful. I have a wedding coming up and they wanted to see my dress and helped me pick the perfect set to match. They even gave me a surprise gift in my bag. Not to mention they offer a discount to healthcare workers. The absolute best store!
