I've been negligent not submitting this review earlier and I apologize. I took my godson Dylan here during the end of our great covid pandemic. Honestly, I really didn't think it was safe for him to be with so many other kids, but it worked out fine. Jumptwist was more than I expected. Best of all, it was immaculate during covid with sanitizing and more sanitizing several times a day. Even now I'm impressed to see the extent of the cleaning. And it remains immaculate now. Anyone who says it isn't clean, frankly, is living outside the realm of reality. As to staff, I've not had one bad experience with any of them. They seem to sincerely like the pre -teen kids and the teenagers, and we know how challenging this age group can be. My godson is a rather large 16 year old and when I say large, I mean built, like a wrestler or a mountain man/boy. I remember when he was going and all bones, not now! He. Is. And built. solid. He can be intimidating when he's around the other boys his age and this has actually been something that JUMPTWIST has worked with him on. In fact, the owner Christina, took him under her wing and nurtured him on understanding how to better interact with kids his own age or slightly older. All of this was built into the activities and exercises she teaches at Jumptwist. He has developed a new sense of self confidence and lost a lot of the cockiness he displayed. He now talks about entering national competitions, but I'm not sure if that will happen. What I do know is that in addition to having a lot of fun and interacting better with his peers, he seems to be more at ease with himself and others his age. Getting back to Christina, when I read the review from the unhappy Mom who claimed she was nasty toward her and also toward her staff I had to wonder if she was in the same establishment, or maybe she also was experiencing another reality. Having lives in Boca Raton for more than 18 years, I've met a lot of folk who appear to be living in another reality. Christina and her staff have been there for us. Her classes are great and she really cares about developing the next generation of "NINGA JUMP-TWISTERS". Lots of free parking in a safe area. I warmly recommend NINGA JUMP TWIST. Stop by and check them out. You'll be impressed, I'm sure.

Loyalty means nothing to them. You could spend hundreds of dollars in classes but they are not willing to credit you a class to reschedule if you happen to cancel after the 24 hour mark. I was about to start investing in hundreds of dollars in private classes with them but apparently you're just another credit card to them.Update: Changing my one star to five. They did credit the class. My only issue with the class cancellation policy is that it did not tell me that I was going to lose the funds since it was after the 24 hour mark.Overall the ninja classes are a pretty good way to help your kids build some self esteem and confidence if they are into that sort of thing. The main reason I don't like the group classes for 3 to 5 year olds is that a class costs $30 for 40 minutes (45 minus 5 for start and end). Divide by 5 kids in a group and your kid gets about 8 minutes total of direct coached obstacle course time. The other 32 minutes are spent by your child waiting standing in line for their turn at the obstacle course. After a few classes, my child started telling me she didn't like the classes because she felt she was waiting more than doing. I think if they at least had the "waiting" kids continuously looping around some easy course while one kid had direct coach time on the main course, the kids wouldn't be so bored for 32 mins. I ended up trying the one hour private class for my 4 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it. It's much more expensive but pure 60 minutes of my daughter being active. I plan on trying a few more private classes before getting a package for it.

Our whole family absolutely loves Jump Twist! Our kids, ages nine and seven, have been going a little over a year. They absolutely love their coaches, we love all the positivity and inspiration. My husband and I thought the classes looked so much fun. We ended up starting to take adult classes!! Thankful to have such a fun clean positive environment for the whole family !! Everyone is so welcoming, the owners , the coaches and other parents and kids! You won’t regret checking it out !

Great gym that deserves even more customers. I’ve visited twice so far for the monthly competitions, and I’ve had a great time! I want to get up there one week and take a class with Flip so I can start learning. Everyone there is very supportive and encouraging regardless of your skill level. If you place in the competition, you win a Jumptwist Ninja coupon to use for another visit, which is a great deal. Placing hasn’t been too hard for my last visits either because there were only three people competing in my category (but let’s change that!!)?

I am writing this review anonymously just outta respect for myself and the owner. I came here and few times and overall not happy. It's very unsanitary, and everytime I come here there is cleaning going on during a class. I met Christina and few times and she is overall a standoffish and the front desk lady Mackenzie is very rude and treats staff members and coaches disgusting. I saw her stressing out and coach and it was clear the coach was stressed. This please is overall overpriced and a very bad work environment.

My boys are absolutely loving this place! My little guy, Zeke, has tried many different sports and he is loving this! He counts down the days, hours prior to his time attending. I can't thank you all enough! My son,Abram, is loving this as well. Seth has been a great teacher for Abram. We have just started here- but, we are loving it! Thanks for creating such a great atmosphere- full of life, energy and building memories. Allowing them to accomplish their dreams! God bless you all! Tracy

Yesterday, while hanging out at the Spa with some friends, I met a wonderful family, & had a privilege to meet Christina who runs a fantastic Gym with a Vision to develop confidence in people from all walks of life.. from children to adults. Her passionate staff, "hand-picked" by her, encourages their Clients (Ninjas) to believe in themselves, no matter what obsticles in life they encounter through thoughtful skills such as parkour, gymnastics & many more. Wow! Knowing this, my family & I look forward visiting her in action and meet her staff soon. What a great idea to change a little life from "9-99" for the better. A definite must see!

It has been a month since my 5 and 7 year old started at Jumptwist Ninja, and we all love it! The staff is great, the class structure is flexible, and the kids are happy. I have seen huge increase in my daughters confidence and physical strength. Really one of the coolest activities my kids have experienced since moving to Boca.

This place is a really lovely gem. The staff are so caring but also understand that the kids need some guidance. My daughter has had trouble finding an activity that she loves but she begs to come here. I feel so lucky to have found this place.
