Jill and our sitter, Shelly are wonderful. They are very well organized, communicative, and accommodating. The Time to Pet portal is very intuitive and helped us get everything in order before our meeting. We met Shelly a couple weeks before our trip, she came over and ran through everything with us. We had an international trip so it was important for us to be comfortable with our sitter. She left us detailed notes and shared photos at the end of each visit, which we very much appreciated. She took good care of our cats, their bowls and litter boxes. She also was able to easily access the community and apartment. We will definitely be using Jill's service again.

There are no words to describe how grateful we are to have found Jill's Next Door! Truly amazing, all around! Jill made the process of setting up my account and scheduling service a breeze and answered all of our questions perfectly. Lori was our dig sitter and if there was a National Dog Sitter of the year award, there's no doubt she would win the award!!Detailed updates/communication from every visit (Pictures included) with our pup while we were on vacation, we felt so at ease that she was in good hands with Lori and Jill! The days of being stressed over leaving our dog to go on vacation are over! We also felt absolutely confident that our home in general was safe and secure!Honestly could not have asked for a better experience. 5 starts is not enough! We would never consider boarding or using anyone else to look after our pup. Highly recommend!

Jill’s next door dog walking service is truly the best. We were nervous about leaving our pup for the first time. JND made sure we had updates every visit and made sure he was well taken care of and loved. We will definitely use them again. Shout out to Lori W for all of the extra love and care she gave our lil Man. 10 stars!!

We cannot adequately express our appreciation for the fantastic experience we had for our dog, Huey when we were away all week. Our petsitter, Andréa was exceptional -offering such loving care for him as well as taking good care our home. I had an incredible experience with Jill's dog walking. I have never had a service exceed my expectations like this company. I am a travel nurse and adopted a new puppy prior to a 10 week contract. I was working night shift and new I would need a lot of help to keep my puppy safe and happy. Jills dog walking went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could have hoped for. They were so incredibly accommodating and so easy to communicate with. I stayed at the residence inn in delray- I was able to . My sitter was Shawna. She was so dedicated to taking the best care of and giving so much love to my little Ginger puppy. All of the communication is through their own website that has a client portal. But it is set up so messages can be sent or received via either text or in the portal. I got the absolute best updates each visit before bed and after the morning walk! I am so grateful for Jill and Shawna for helping me and Ginger!

Traveling alone for the first time with my dog (Casey) was a major worry for me. I contacted Jill and we set up a time to meet. I explain my situation that I would be staying in Deerfield Beach for the month of February, and I needed someone to feed and walk Casey on various days each week during the month.I will tell you that because of Jill and Kylie (the person who took care of Casey) my stay there was worry free and very enjoyable.They make it easy to schedule and confirm times of service. They give you immediate feedback on how the visit went with pictures and text.They are awesome. I told Kylie that at the end of the month, I think Casey likes her more than me.If you need a dog walking service, Jill's Next Door Dog Walking & Pet Service is the place to call.

First time user of Jill's dog walking service. Super impressed, very organized, she is on top of all details, nothing missed. Our dog sitter/walker Tom was nothing short of amazing. Tom checked all the boxes on paper and in real life was as close to perfect as you get. Highly recommend this service!

I used Jill's Next Door for my two finicky cats. I'd never used a pet service before but I was in a jam. Leaving my cats unattended was not an option and I didn't want to move them from their home. I lucked out with Hill's Next Door. I can always tell if my cats have eaten. They sometimes don't eat when I'm not home. Jill not only fed them, checked their water, cleaned the litter box, but made sure the entire area was clean, the house was secure. They did everything to make sure my critters were comfortable and relaxed. When I came back they didn't have any of the separation anxiety they usually do when I leave (they're rescue animals). THANKS, JILL! I want to join your team!

I took a one week vacation and left my dog for the first time! He's usually very stressed out when I'm gone but Annmarie took such loving care of him that I don't think he even knew I left! I highly recommend this service and the people that work for Jill! Very professional and very thorough with a tender loving touch! They will definitely be my phone call for my next trip!
