I have been a J Crew customer for several years but wanted to share my experience i had today in the store. One of the associates, Matthew, was very rude and disrespectful. After the encounter i decided to not buy any of the items i have picked.

People lose receipts often, I lose them often. Sometimes I give email sometimes I forget. I took a picture of the receipt when I purchased something for my client. the size was wrong so I came back to the store to return the item and showed a picture of the receipt to sales person Michael When he saw it he got aggressive, started to yell at me and put my expensive items to the bag like it's some kind of garbage. I asked the reason and instead of explaining me he just commanded me to leave.

I was shopping with my daughter and we made a stop here for her to look. She had seen a dress through the window so we went in to see. The dress wasn't what she wanted but we did take a few minutes to look around. Nothing else jumped out at either of us. It really wasn't what I was looking for. The store wasn't that busy and we were never greeted or approached. As tough as retail has become, I would have liked to see more engagement by the staff. Happy shopping!

Mmmm i was browsing the memorial wknd this one gentleman sales associate was very unfriendly and didnt acknowledge me as i stood on line by myself and this is after eye contact. Yup look me dead in the eye fibiah whatever he was looking up and just walked away from the register. I ASKED ALOUD if there was only 1 cashier and another associate came off folding to cash me out in hindsight i should have left the items... crappy service have to wonder if its a race thing...i was the only one of my hue.
