Tony and Heather are absolutely wonderful. Went through AAA and everything came out perfectly. Heather called and explained what was going to happen and had the upmost care for the situation I was going through.When Tony arrived he took care of my car like it was his own. The day before yesterday, my car got a flat tire while enroute to a doctor appointment with my son. Alex arrived and took car to my tire shop. He was careful with my car, courteous, friendly, etc. He is a great asset to your team, thank you!

Terrible customer service, called through AAA because my car broke down in the front of a turn lane. They came got my car up on the platform bed and then their front desk called me and demanded I pay AGAIN or they were dropping it. I’m a AAA plus member, if it weren’t for AAA patience and astounding problem solving they would have just left my car in the road and taken my money. Would not recommend at all. Never experienced customer service this rude and distasteful.

CROOKS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. . SO DO NOT USE.No surprise why they have a low rating. They were assigned by aaa to help me this morning. Someone from interstate called me and let me know she mapped 17 miles from my apt to the mechanic. Now, I also have google, and mapped 9.8 miles. So, i asked what the difference was. Why did she have such a huge difference. She told me that she uses Google and that's what it is. She said she used the shortest distance. I asked again how could it be so different. She said she didn't know. Now, the mechanic is just off the same road as me, 9.8 miles away. I don't mind an additional few dollars as long ad it makes sense. It's a 17 mile trip if you take the freeway, that saves 6 minutes.So, I said I would take it up with triple a, and see them soon. She didn't bother to tell me a time frame. I called back an hour later and asked if she had a time frame, and she said I should see the driver any second. Shoot, I have lots of stuff to empty. That's poor customer service if you ask me. Ooops, she called a minute ago and said she cancelled because I didn't agree to the price. CROOKS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. . SO DO NOT USE.I promise, up until the cancelation I kept my voice friendly and non combative. I was careful.After the cancelation I told her she sucked and they had shifty service.

I unfortunately had to get my car towed and I had the pleasure of meeting Vincent. He was so nice and personable. My overall experience was easier than I thought it would be.

Absolutely 5 stars if I could give 10 to this company then 10 it is.. They strive on excellence and it most definitely shows.. The several times Interstate Towing has towed my vehicle, I'm never disappointed on who they send.. My resent tow was with a wonderful gentleman Vincent so polite, clean cut, personable, understanding, patient, helpful with knowledge and advice pertaining to my vehicle he even offered me a cold water and the pick up was at my home so sweet of him, whether it's company policy or not it was just very nice customer service.. Honestly, I hope Vincent grows further with the company he shines because he enjoys what he does... Great Company

I was in need of towing service after my insurance company was less than professional in handling my emergency roadside assistance, was on hold for a hour and the never came back to the phone to say be with you shortly, reached out to interstate towing 10:00 at night where I have to say dispatcher James and Driver Carry were very professional in handling my emergency needs and I was able to get my vehicle towed to its destination.

Thank God fo we Interstate Towing.Mr Cleveland picked me and my vehicle up quickly and professionally after accident. Payment was taken at my home over phone with smooth transaction. Had horrible experience with another slimy co.pany and told them to leave scene of my accident. Thankfully Interstate came to my rescue.

if I could give no stars I would. This company was contacted by AAA to come out to handle a tire issue for me. They provided two updates that they were in route and then went missing. After waiting two hours for them I called their office and was told their server went don't and I would have to contact AAA again for another company. I have no idea why the server would matter if the tow truck had already been dispatched to the location.

I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a towing company but I recently had my car towed by Interstate Towing and had such a positive experience I decided to write. The tow truck driver, Kenny, was able to tow my disabled car which wouldn’t even go into neutral all while being extremely careful with it. He was obviously knowledgeable in what he was doing and very proficient in his work. Interstate Towing and their driver, Kenny, made what ordinarily could have been a negative experience of a disabled car into an easy, stress free one.
