I went to this location over a month ago to had a battery installed in my I phone X ( big mistake ) they installed an after market battery and now my phone does not work at all, they tried to fix it but no good. ( it worked fine when I dropped it off ) So after they attempted to repair there screw up and could not the tech handed me the phone back and said well I can't fix it. I said what is your company going to do the tech's reply nothing. 110.00 dollars to destroy my phone after a long argument the tech gave me 100.00 back. I have contacting the store many times for a manager to call me back and no call back . DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR PHONE.

Apple told me I had to buy a new phone. Anthony at Fix and repair discovered the cause abs was able to remediate the water damage for 10% what a new phone would have cost! Very grateful. My phone was supposed to be water proof but apple said after the warranty period the seals deteriorate!!!! Beware!!!

Went to get a front and back glass replacement for my phone. My budget was 150. Quoted me "200" with a very thick accent... came back and he had only replaced the front and suddenly the price was "300" but our agreement was only verbal so I had to pay to get my phone back. I felt like I was scammed.

I would like to thank the employee at this location for his exceptional customer service.Akeem Rahaman has helped me and my family over the past 4 years with service and repairs on several phones and I pads. He is extremely knowledgable , very friendly, efficient and professional. He is a great representative for the company. Do not do business with thesw people. I took my iphone xmax for a new screen and they charged me 200, put some cheap screen on my phone, i also put a cover and screen protector. The phone never even fell and 3 days later i have a black spot on the bottom of the screen. I take it back and the guy didnt even wanna look at it. Just said the lcd was cracked which it isnt and that it wasnt covered under warranty. I tried reasoning with him but he was just rude and didnt wanna give me the time of day. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. They only use chinese cheap parts. I had another tech take my phone apart and he showed me the exact screen they put on my phone on ebay for 12 dollars. COMPLETE RIP OFF

If I could give zero stars I would. This experience has been AWFUL. I don't leave reviews! But I must because no one should get their laptop fixed here! I have had to drive back to boca THREE WHOLE TIMES because every time I go home I realize something is actually not working. This is OUTSIDE of the work that they did on my screen. I went in to get my screen fixed. They call me to tell me my part is in and I go and drive 45 minutes to their store. I get there and the guy says "oh sorry I switched the 2 and the 7. This actually isn't your part, my bad" are you serious??? I then get a call back for the part a week later. I go back and they fix my lcd. When I get it back there is a cracking noise when I open and close my laptop. The man tries to say it's from when I dropped the laptop... I have not ONCE dropped the laptop, that is not how my lcd broke. I tell him I didn't receive it like this so please fix it. He fixes it within an hour. I go home, I realize my TOUCH-BAR is not working. I drive 45 minutes AGAIN for them to say oh we can try and fix it but it'll probably take the whole day, basically saying to come back tomorrow. 2 hours later I get a call saying it's ready. I go home, and try to get on a zoom call.... MY CAMERA IS NOT WORKING. I am about to make a FOURTH TRIP back out to boca because these people do not take the time and care to do the job properly. I am so upset. And the best part is that these people have not compensated me for any of this trouble. They just throw their hands up in the air and say "my bad." Extremely frustrating and infuriating. Very disappointed.
