Received my beautiful Miguel Ases earrings today. The added detail in the shipping of hanging the post within the little bag to keep them from moving and maybe becoming twisted just shows the care Shari has for her clients. A wonderful experience in every way. Can’t wait to wear them and will always be a customer.

I ordered some Miguel Ases earrings. I was notified it would take a couple weeks since they made them when they are ordered. They arrived today and are fabulous. It is kind of cool they were made just for me. I would definitely order feom them again

Terrible quality (broken ring), terrible customer service. And I don't mean just, like, slow communication. Shari repeated insulted me when I objected to the overbearing return policy. I don't think I've EVER experienced that from a retailer before... Save the trouble - go somewhere else.
