By far the best most relaxing yoga place in Boca! Their trainers are so incredible, they guide you through the session so thoughtfully and always adjust their lesson to the needs of their students. With their relocation and quarantine I’ve been missing them so much!

Terrific studio and teachers ! I am visiting from out of town and I found the studio owner and the teachers to be so welcoming ! Rooms ere great - classes were perfect. Several different style to choose from - clean, calming and professional . Will come back when I am in town !

It smelled like cigarette smoke from the moment that I walked in the door. I thought maybe it would go away in the studio. It didnt. Hot Yoga helps breathing and peaceful but is not when there is a cigarette smoke smell. Additionally, they played Led Zeppelin, which is also not peaceful. On their behalf, it was not what I expected in a regular hot yoga class because I picked the wrong. This one was focusing on core and used baby weights. I will also say though that many of the core movements that are supposed to be good for abs are not good for your neck and shoulders. There are tons of yoga studios in the area. I would try another one. One thing they have that may be cool is that they have CBD happy hour yoga sessions on Friday.

I LOVE Laurie and her Yoga Aura studio. All of the instructors are super knowledgeable and kind- I can pretty much guarantee you'll leave any of the classes feeling like you've had an excellent practice. The studio is a great, clean space. At the moment there's one large heated room but the non-heated space is due to open this spring. Laurie offers a flexible teacher training program for students looking to deepen their practice but can't commit to a 2-week intensive program. Classes are held one weekend a month and you're required to complete 9 weekends. Teacher training has been an amazing way to learn more about the many aspects of yoga, far beyond the physical practice, as well as meet great people and practice under a wonderful teacher. Highly recommend!

It's been some time since I've done any practicing in yoga and since I've moved south, It hasn't been easy to get back up to boca to my places I once frequently visited, including this gem of a studio ! I was the first to review this place back in 2014 and I can't tell you how much charm this studio has. My girlfriend had wanted to do a yoga class and I recommended this place as always and made a point to book a class with her to make it up to boca for Laurie's 9a vinyasa flow class. Laurie, the owner, is so amazing. She helped guide me through yoga when I was pregnant a few years ago and modified the poses for me as had to adjust with a belly :) Her opening meditation yesterday was so relaxing and spiritual. She makes you really melt in to your mat and experience the class as if you were the only one in there and letting go of everything to start the journey through her flow. I just wanted to say thank you and how much I miss living literally a block away from here and frequently practicing. Hoping to get up to her classes more often. You're the best ! Much love !

This place is my favorite! Teachers are well trained and the owner is super knowledgeable and very friendly. Super clean and equipped with anything you need. Highly recommend Yoga Aura!

Great atmosphere abd wonderful class. Visiting family so I checked out the Hot Flow class and it was great.
