Lots of unique items. Prices a little high for thrift, but average for the area. Very clean and well maintained.

I have visited this place many times and the problem is that: the volunteers or whoever working there are rude. The guy who works at the cashier, I’ve seen him a couple of times usually being rude to the other customer. He’s always on his phone and doesn’t greet anyone. Also theres another older lady with white hair she also quite rude. My friend and I stopped going there because it has the worst customer service. Why go here when there’s so many thrift stores around the area with way better service.

Bittersweet place. Just the word alone, "Hospice" makes you think a little bit harder about the things we collect while here and leave behind when gone. The store is organized, and has multiple kitchen items to clothing to furniture to plants to choose from. I would like to donate some items here. We had a love one pass a week ago, and it is time for her belongings to be enjoyed by someone else. Enjoy each day and moment that you have.

Lovely space very well organized with lots of choices. Management needs to be sure they have enough cash in the drawer when the door opens. I am not a big fan of using cards and was happy I could help replenish her small bills.

Hello. I ended up here completely by chance as I was checking out the really nice strip mall they are located in. I promise I'm not making this up but this is without a doubt the nicest thrift shop I've been to in a 25 mile radius from this location. From customer service to really nice quality items, fantastic prices and super organized. I went in there for a nice recliner for my mom and she absolutely loves it and it's fenomenal for her posture, and has a remote control with every position for comfort immaginable. I had been doing my research on line and visiting Lazy Boys. Needless to say the, prices where mind boggling for a high end new posturepedic type recliner and I really lucked out. The price was so incredible i thought it was a mistake. The condition was so good I couldnt have asked for better. I'm going to rent the carpet and upholstry washer that publix rents and clean it real good and hit the carpets while I'm at it. Now it's going to be close to new and I will have saved a ton. I highly reccomend and hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Now I can't wait to get back with mom and really give it the adequate time to appreciate it even more. Thank you, MDP.

Very clean and organized. Some things are grossly overpriced, but most things are reasonable.

"Manager" changed price on me at the register. The thrill of thrifting has always been finding gems in the wild that others may have overlooked. Today, while at the Boca location, I was looking in the shoe section and found a pair of Chanel women's sandals. I assumed the workers thought the pair of sandals were fake since they were only priced at $6... but I did not care since they were my grandmothers size and I was excited to get them for her. And honestly, these days at the thrift store, designers like Chanel are always marked up... so I was excited to find a gem and be able to gift them to my grandmother at Thanksgiving!I got to the register and the man behind the counter said, "hold on, I need to take these into the back and check if the price is correct." He then returned and told me that unfortunately, one of their volunteers accidentally priced the shoes too low and I quote, he said, "it is really a good thing I caught it at the register." He then presented a new price to me which was $106...At this point, I asked for a manager... and he said, "I am the manager."For any establishment to do this, whether its a thrift or retail store is just plain wrong. His volunteers missed this. The people he is supposed to be training to catch these type of designers missed this. His volunteers priced this item and put it on the floor and he did not honor the mistake. The days of thrifting and finding gold in the wild are dead. I've enjoyed my time thrifting at this location and its a shame to have this type of experience. Shame on the "manager" and to all others who work here to allow this to happen to customers. It's the principle of the matter. Show some accountability and own your mistakes... even if they aren't yours.
