I used the MIrrorflex wall panels on an existing shower walls. Cascade 48x96" white. Easy to install for a non contractor. Customer service was very friendly and helpful throughout.”

“This Home Depot never disappoints when it comes to customer service. This evening I drove there and Wayne helped navigate me through coils and coils of solid and stranded wires. He very patiently showed me different gauge wires until I was happy with one of them. Wayne, you are a star. Thank-you so much for taking such good care of me. I love Home Depot for the projects it enables me to do but when I get the kind of customer care Wayne showed me this evening, it really makes me feel good about coming back...and back...and back...”
“I went to pick up replacement blinds for a sliding glass door, the man who helped me was super nice and did a great job cutting them to the perfect size. Then I saw a rug I liked and he wrapped it in plastic wrap for me. At the checkout I was having a problem using my wallet and the lady helped me and explained how to do it next time. I wish I remembered thief names .
I don’t always have such a great experience at lowes but this was a good day with very pleasant help, great way to end a busy day.”

“Purchased a deep freezer online midafternoon on Friday and was given the option of getting it delivered the same day. After waiting for the delivery (which the latest time given was 8pm) I received an email saying that the delivery was canceled and that I would receive a call to reschedule another day. I was very upset. After calling the customer service line and getting no where with anyone. I finally spoke to a young lady who went above and beyond to assist me. I told her that I would be at the store in the morning to pick it up myself. The following morning I went to pick up the freezer and received great customer service, especially from a young man named Jerome. He was so pleasant and patient with assisting me with my purchase. Hopefully his supervisor will see this and give him recognition for his kindness to me.”
“I like the store, it is clean, well stocked, you can find terrace furniture but not living room or dining room furniture, it has good lighting, cleaning supplies, doors, windows, floors, etc., which makes home renovations, painting, rugs, organizers, decorative plants, shouting, white goods, etc., the only thing that bothers me a little is that when I need help locating something that is difficult for me, the employees "NOT ALWAYS" are collaborators, I came across some very good and friendly ones but also with others who looked mortified when their help was requested. IN GENERAL IT WAS VERY GOOD, I RECOMMEND IT! IT IS VERY USEFUL TO ME!”
“Brian in the paint department at Home Depot in Deerfield is amazing!!! I brought in a wooden step from my boat that needs restained and varnished. He helped me pick the right color and product and gave me a bunch of info on how to properly complete the job. What a fantastic guy & employee. “Did curbside pickup today and had to make 2 trips due to large items. I felt like as soon as I put on the app "I arrived" Ricky was at the car. Insanely fast and helpful. A gentlemen named Rudy helped him on the afternoon pickup and he was also helpful. Curbside experience was fantastic!!!
I have to update the review because I went inside the store over the weekend to get more items and for the first time in store I was approached by Paul who had a British accent super nice and asked if I needed any help!! He brought me right to the items I needed and saved me at least 20 mins!! This location is the best!!!
