Wish they had a 10 stars button. My liason, Steven Siemons is without a doubt is the most thorough, polite, patient person that I have ever spoken to via phone conversation.
This signing up for Medicare is all brand new to me. Steven took his time to explain all the specifics to me. Has checked in with me a few times via email and phone calls and had gotten back to me expeditiously with answers to my questions. He has made me feel secure in dealing with the prospects of coming into my "Golden Years". I hope everyone is as lucky as I am.....

Michael Foxhall caught a price increase from our existing plan G provider and took the initiative to have us switch and save about 30% with identical coverage. When refused by MoO, he the envoked the Birthday law and we were able to switch anyway. Excellent support, great follow up and saving money! We are very pleased!

Health Exchange Agency can never lose Nathalie Garcia, she is a real assent to your company. I have never in my life talked to a person that made me feel so comfortable working with them that I was that pleased with. Nathalie has so much knowledge about what I needed to know and answered every question I had with respect. She is a very caring person and I hope everyone gets a chance to work with her.
