LUMI! She is amazing. I'm so lucky I met her 10 years ago! She cleared up my acne (we did facials once a month, then moved on to chemical peels, blue light, the whole package). She listens to me so we only do what my skin is ready for that day. She also tattooed my eyebrows (we've done both microblading and the powdered look) and she has hands bestowed upon her from the heavens. My skin is great, my eyebrows are perfect, and I am so happy because I've met her. She is kind, attentive, and flexible. She is so easy to schedule with. Oh, and when we wax my arms, she makes sure every single hair is gone! I mean, she is a thoroughhh woman! Stuck in a time warp. Not a modern, relevant place that keeps up with current styles and color. Outdated in every way. Stylist doesn't listen or pay attention from one appointment to the next. She destroyed my hairstyle at the last visit, a style for which I had been growing out my hair for over six months. She ruined it, and I'm furious. It looks horrible. I look like my hair was done by a beauty school dropout. A huge waste of money. Nice people, but way behind the times. This is a place for those who are elderly or who have no clue as to what is current. I will never return.
