Bad service, rude agents. She told me I don't make much on car insurance anyway so was content to be obnoxious to a long time state farm customer new to the area. All I was trying to do was see about getting the best quote to keep my business with State Farm. Good news is, It made me call another company and I got a lower rate and courteous agent. This state Farm office is horrible. Call around, you may save money.

hello florida i am 2 months new to florida, in need of car insurance, i was quoted a high rate by my new york carrier, and searched out hank sipowski"s state farm office. i decided to go in and meet the people who represent hank"s office . the lady i met was amanda, who saved me quite a bit of money.....in life when you do good things..what usually followsis something awful.....i received a note fom new york's dmv after i sent my ny plates back saying i lapsed in insurance and my registration is suspended....today i visited the state farm office on federal highway'hank sipowski"s office,asked to speak to a office manager, and was approached by the rudest lady i have ever met, she started to raise her voice and tell me the complete opposite of what dmv in new york had advised....she was nasty , rude , and out of line totally.........i will not tolerate this behavior and will report this to the highest levels of the state farm corporate offices...

I have been a customer here for 30 years.Within the last year, I have called the office several times. Recently, my credit score went up over 100 points so I called about getting a better rate. They told me that credit score is automatically reviewed during renewal. Just j go o my renewal notice and my rate went down about $3 a month!! WHAT?I called to inquire and also to add a condo insurance policy since I recently bought a condo. That was last week and I am still waiting for a call back 7 days later.I have lost track of how many times I have called and waited for a call back and never got one. This includes the number of times I called and couldn’t get a hold of my agent and left a message and never received a call back.This is not the service I received when I originally signed i up p with Hanks daughter it 1991. I think her name was Jane.I will be looking for another insurance agent that has better customer service.UPDATE: It looks like someone replied to my review but did not provide a name or contact information and did not call me. Just an example of their poor customer service.

Looks like my problem is the same as everyone else. No call backs. It is so rude and unprofessional. I sent an e mail and two messages regarding my auto policy. No response. I will have to switch to another agent. Done with them.
