Absolutely loved this Gucci store. Came in to look at gifts for my bridesmaids, and look at shoes for my wedding. Luis was extremely helpful and showed me a number of items and gave me a lot of helpful information. Will definitely be back once I’m ready to purchase!

I bought sandals, I paid 860 and no one can stand them, they are the most uncomfortable I have ever worn in my life, I wore it for 1 hour, I went to return or they would give me a solution but nothing. I bought shoes for my husband and they are the same . Dosen't recommended at all. On shoes very bad experience ?

Sales associate was wonderful. Knowledgeable friendly, helpful, knew her merchandise Manager? Rude, condescending, ignores you once you look like you will purchase. Ignored me when I left with my purchase. I am returning the bag today, 3 days after the purchase because I'm fuming at his attitude, I haven't even taken it out of the box! No more Gucci, Boca

I recently purchased a pair of sunglasses from Gucci. They seem to be too large for my face and fall off, so I called and asked if they could be adjusted. They said they could be adjusted in the store but if it is a major issue then they would have to be sent out for a repair.So I went into the store and tried to let them know of this situation but was immediately told NO and told to go to a sunglass hut to have them fixed. I again tried to ask them why if they were purchased at Gucci? And they just again told me no that I should go to another eyeglass store.They did not even let me show them my product and I felt that I was sent away because I wasn’t making a big purchase :/

Store manager is absolute trash! Terrible customer service. My pregnant wife was given a hard time Javier some little man who wouldn’t let her return the gift I got her last week. He was rude and spoke down to my wife. We will be filing a complaint with corporate. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a high end shopping environment.

My husband bought me a pair of sandals for my birthday and when i tried them on at home they were too small. I’m pregnant mind you so my feet are swollen at the moment. The manager Javier wouldn’t even speak to me but told his sales associate that he won’t return them because they’ve been worn. I tried them on at my house and that was it so i tried to explain i didn’t wear them and you would see damage to the bottom of the shoe if i did. This is the condition i received them in. After insulting me for about 15 minutes he agreed to give me a store credit. He wouldn’t even look me in the eye and continued to yell over me when i spoke. Awful customer service and awful experience. No one even wants Gucci anymore!!!!

Logan is the person to see at Gucci. He is beyond amazing and helpful when picking out pieces. I’ll only see Logan when I shop at Gucci and I highly recommend you do the same.
