I had called several storage units on a Saturday, last weekend of the month not realizing how busy it would be. I spoke with Sotha close to closing time. He said to come on over. I got there 30 minutes before closing. He was kind and helped me with navigating to my storage unit. He was decisive on the phone, but not pushy.
