I have purchased wedding gifts, anniversary presents, housewarming and hostess gifts, bridal, shower, and birthday presents. And now Regency has expanded to include custom stationery and invitations. Fortunately, I live close enough that for a modest fee they will even deliver. I just have to go on to the website. Well done!”

I called the store ordered over the phone and two days later the item was ready. The service was impeccable. “I was desperately searching for a copy of a book (for my kids) that has been discontinued by the publisher and sold out everywhere. I came across this shop online while searching for it and saw that they had one copy in stock. I tried to purchase the book online through their website but there was an issue/glitch where I couldn't enter my payment information, so I called the store the next day. They tracked the book down, took payment over the phone, and shipped it to me since I live out of state. I received the book in perfect condition two days later. Very grateful for the exceptional customer service and know my twins will forever appreciate having a second copy of their favorite book!”
