Vadim was quick and thorough in fixing my new laptop! After smashing the screen I was unable to use my new Lenovo. I wanted to get rid of it but my coworkers told me to come see Vadim at Gadget Medics and boy am I so glad I did! My computer works like brand new again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

5 trips to get a phone camera fixed because your front desk employee thinks "yes please order the lense i need it fixed immedieately" and "uhh ill think about it" are the same thing?♂️ 250 miles and $40 in gas later got my phone fixed.

This is the place to go with any electronic issues (and this is coming from an electronic engineer). My iphone 11 pro was fixed professionally, quick and reasonably priced. In addition, Vadim was professional, courteous and knowledgably. There is no doubt I will be back with my laptops next.

The gentleman was courteous, was very prompt changing my old iPhone battery and we even engaged in a conversation about upgrades- values etc, pricing was also reasonable !!

First off let me say you took me a few days to leave this review because I wanted to give gadget medic more that a review because I dont have enough space to tell EVERYONE
about this business... amazing .... my experience there from the time I called the store and spoke with Vadim he was amazing I was frantic because I thought I was gonna lose everything on my phone especially my pictures that are dear to me he assured me that everything was gonna be alright and that he can fix my phone Vadim ordered what I needed called me when it was ready and I went down there to get my phone fixed not only Did he fix my phone but he explained to me what he did and what to expect and all at an amazing price ...I got everything that he promised I do not give this store 5 stars I wish I can give them a 100 stars because he deserves every star plus that over and over again don't walk to gadget medics run there because not only would you get your electronics fixed at a reasonable price you also get awesome customer service Vadim kudos to you not only do you keep your word your customer service
is beyond words I wil not go anywhere else and I am recommending everybody to come to you thank you thank you thank you thank you

I brought my MacBook in after spilling coffee on it and reported that the microphone wasn’t working. They told me they would check it out, but after three days, they called to say everything was fine. Unfortunately, I wasted three days due to their lack of thoroughness. I’m not confident in their ability to repair computers. I took my laptop to another shop, and they diagnosed the issue within five minutes. Save yourself the time and hassle – find a more reliable place. The communication here was also poor.
