“My first comment goes towards customer service. That I give a 5. Pamela and her son were a pleasure to work with and they made the shopping experience very lovely. They were patient with my 91 yr old mother, understood what was most important to her and guided us appropriately. They did not try to upsell other items and worked with me on the details I needed help with. The only reason I did not give a perfect 5 start review is the turnaround time did take quite a long time, granted my choices of fabric were custom but manufacturing time was quite long and I am still waiting on 1 piece for the couch to be complete. But otherwise, delivery and communications were quick whenever I had a question, the variety in their store is truly admirable, and SUPER nice people. To me, these 3 details are rare in the consumer shopping world and I was so happy to have found them. Thanks Pamela!!”

It is the center of our home and love every detail. We have now hired them again to help us with an office, master bath and laundry room. So far the design process has been perfect. “I have a wood and brass cabinet, an heirloom from my father, that is 63 years old. After multiple attempts to find someone to restore it and being told it could not be done I gave up. Then I found Simon and he came to my home and said "no problem" it could be done. Justin restored the cabinet and I cannot say enough, he is a true artist. The cabinet is restored to its original glory and everyone is amazed by the quality of the work. Justin also repaired other items in my home both big and small. His craftsmanship is A+, how lucky am I to have found Furniture Medic.”
“Duxiana beds are the best! My husband and I have slept on a Dux bed for the past 30 years, and we also have them in our guest rooms. Everyone always raves about how comfortable they are and what a great night’s sleep they had.The excellent quality of the Duxiana product is matched by the outstanding sales advice and service provided by David Cohen, the owner of the Boca Raton store. We have worked with David for the past 11 years, and he is unfailingly personable, helpful and quick to find a solution should a problem arise.And the service does not end with the sale. When we moved two years ago, movers broke one of the legs on our king bed, and David over nighted a replacement leg to us. More recently we purchased a Dux Dynamic King, and David drove from Boca to our home in south Miami to personally oversee the installation.As with all Dux products, we are delighted with the Dynamic King and its comfort and flexibility, and I am especially happy my husband no longer snores (and hopeful he will not read this).”

We bought a greate Bar, and 12 really cool, dining room chairs. Delivery was the next day and reasonably priced. If you're looking for some unique pieces and you're willing to run around to look for them, this is a great place to check out.”

He was a great salesman, who wanted to know what I was interested in . He set me up for a 25 minute massage on this 5 star massage chair called Quantum. It felt fabulous. I will be putting this chair on my wish list . You need to go check out this clean , cool store right in your neighborhood.”
