Just the absolute best. The owners really love animals. The place is clean and spacious. When you go inside it's much more spacious then it appears on the outside. Full area for dog grooming and large lobby area. Nice staff, reasonable prices.

I have been coming here for 11 years. The best pet salon in Boca and very reasonable. Everyone that works there is so nice and accommodating.

Fur Crazy has groomed both of my dogs (7 & 15 months labradoodles) for almost a year now. When my puppy had his first groom they treated him with care and patience to get him used to being groomed. For my dogs’ first couple of grooming sessions, I prepared pictures and videos to show Dawn, the owner, what I wanted especially the faces. Dawn listened and took time to look at the pictures and even videos. After a couple sessions and some communication, she has done a great job. Thank you Dawn!I see some clients leaving poor reviews. After working with them for a year now, I truly think all the groomers there are nice, professional, hardworking and have good intention. As dog owners, we should prepared to show them pictures/videos and communicate what you want. It might take a couple times to get everything right. In my opinion it is worthwhile to invest in this partnership with them.

Staff is rude over the phone and when dropping off/picking up. My pet was very skittish after the haircut, I've taken him to other salons and he usually does not return home behaving like that.

Scheduled an appointment with them. Thankfully I insisted on speaking with the groomer before I dropped my dog off as I was told that they needed to shave him because he had some nots around his neck. The groomer brought out the owner who said “it’s not a big deal, he’ll just have a couple bald spots. It’ll grow back.” When I tried to explain they were loose and could be brushed out, they proceeded to tell me that they did not care about me. They only cared about my dog which was unnecessary and extremely rude.As far as I know, people don’t shave their heads due to a few nots... they take the time to brush them out. Nonetheless I was able to get the tangled hair out myself within 5 minutes! They just didn’t want to be bothered since getting as many dogs in as possible in one day is obviously more important. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a groomer that takes their time to do a great job!

The actual grooming is great!! The staff is awesome and professional. The only thing that needs improvement is the ability to call and make an appointment. They do not use a computer system, so there are no text reminders or calls. It's really tough to call and get someone on the phone. Other than that, best groomers I've found in Boca for a good price.

We have been taking our Havanese here, every month, for the last 3 years and we have never been disappointed in his cut. They write down exactly what you want done, so that they have a record of it just in case our regular groomer is not available that day. The staff is very nice and the dogs are allowed to roam free as they wait for their turn. My dog does not exactly play well with others so he waits in a cage, but I am contacted as soon as he is completed and ready for pickup. We leave our dog long and love the way he smells and looks when we pick him up each time.

Called at 2:43pm today to asked if they do walk in cat nail trimmings, they said yes bring the cat in any time before 4pm. I rushed over with my old cat that gets anxiety from car rides, get there at 3:05pm just for them to tell us that they can't do it, one person in the back complained about the cat trimming and the lady we spoke with said the person that usually does it just left for the day, and they just got really busy too. How does all of this happen in the span of 20 minutes. Definitely won't be returning or suggesting this business to anyone.

Best haircuts, reasonably priced and s always very accommodating. Both of my fur babies have standing appointments every 2 weeks.
