Fantastic service! LOVE FuelUFast! I've used the service twice now for my twin OB Sailfish. Super easy and great delivery people. They show up within a good window and their trucks pump FAST! 145 gallons in about 15 minutes! And the price? about 30cents/gal CHEAPER than at ANY marina. And the fuel is FRESH from the tanker in Ft. Lauderdale. Not sitting in a waterlogged underground tank for who knows how long. Engines are running smoother than ever. Use them!

Owners of company are rude and dont actually care about taking care of repeat business. Depending on the day they change the fuel delivery price. one day its $35 one day its $65. I dont understand why they dont simply be fair with customers and treat them right.

They have a 100 gallon minimum. We needed to fuel two boats (neighbors). One boat took 60 gallons. The other boat took 110 gallons. Previous customers said as long as they didn't need to move the truck (and they paid on a single bill, which we requested of the driver), a delivery fee would not be charged. However, the driver (first day on the job) was unwilling to do this for me and charged me $45 for delivery (since I was under the 100 gallon minimum for my boat). So just be aware of their policy. I was under the impression from other customers of FuelUFast (who told me about the service), that they have done this (combined fill-up on 2 boats on a single check to meet the 100 gallon minimum) on numerous occasions. Oh well, I will look for a different service.I called the office to explain, but they repeated their policy that each address has it's own minimum. Odd she remained with that stance, since they did not have to move the truck to fuel both boats.

Lots of people at this facility used this company for many years and always got great service along with low prices. Today I called for fuel and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude. She said they raised their minimum from 100 gals per delivery.. to 100 gals per boat. Then I learned their price was actually MORE than the price at the fuel dock! We're done with them.

I guess I am the first to write a negative review here and it is quite warranted. I reached out to FuelUFast as an alternative to waiting for gas at the dock. My in laws had used them years back when they had a boat. I provided them with my phone number, my office number, and asked if they would need any other phone numbers as I may not be available at the time of the fill. They didn't request any additional numbers. I gave detailed instructions - the boat took gasoline not diesel, the two fills were located in the center of the transom of the boat, the boat address, etc. While at work, I saw a text to call the FuelUFast driver ASAP and a phone number was texted. The driver answered and said he thinks he put gas in the wrong place. I inquired where the gas was pumped, and he explained it was in the side gunwale of the boat in the single blue cap. I asked if he was told the gas fills were in the middle of the back of the transom, not the side gunwale, and he didn't comment. He said I should call the office to discuss the problem. He said he noticed something wasn't right when my bilge pumps started coming on, pumping gas into the intracoastal. He put 7 gallons in before realizing. The water tank was full already, so everything he put in dumped out the tank overflow for what normally should be safe to overflow into the hull - water. He left without filling my gas tanks prior to me contacting him back. I immediately called the number that was texting me and a receptionist answered (with what was apparently an "on call" cell phone). I asked why the driver had filled the the water tank when I said specifically where the fills were located and also asked why he tried to fill anything, if he wasn't sure, without first reaching someone. She got flustered and told me she needed to speak with the owner. I received a text shortly after and was told someone would be there the following day to professionally clean the water tank. I figured this mistake would never be made again, so asked for them to go ahead and fill the tanks and I will give them another shot. The water tank was supposedly cleaned the next day, then the gas was delivered the day after that (Thursday). I got to the boat Friday and saw footprint marks all over the gunwale where the water fill was and all over the cockpit. I assumed the guy cleaning the tank just had dirty shoes. This was a little annoying because we just had the boat out of the water a week earlier for annual maintenance and detailing. I tried to rinse it off. Nothing. I tried soap. Nothing. I tried a very harsh scrub brush and soap. Nothing. Deck cleaner, muriatic acid, etc - everything I had on the boat and couldn't get an ounce of it off. It appeared to be the rubber from the sole of a shoe or something - we still aren't sure what it was. I told them about the problem and they offered a $100 credit. What can I do with a $100 credit if my boat is stained everywhere with something that I cannot get out? We had the guy come by that recently detailed the boat, he worked on it for a few hours, and there's still one shoeprint he couldn't remove. He charged us $400. The water in the tank stunk (it was full, I figured it would be left empty) so we pumped it out with the fresh water hose so that we could refill and hopefully use the tank. As it's been raining heavy every day, the two bilge pumps that typically pump out the rain water quit working. Both float switches are sticking. My friend had gas in with his bilge once and it ruined his pump the same exact way, so I know it was from the fuel. We again contacted the company to make everything else right. They offered another $200. We did not accept as their mistake has already cost us a lot of aggravation and well over their $300 total offer. They won't take our calls now. I've learned that this incident should have been reported to the EPA, so I will be doing so myself as I know they didn't. If things don't go smooth for you with this com

Boat we recently purchased was delivered with 1/3rd of a tank, which didn't last too long. As a new boaters, we didn't know the best place to purchase boat fuel. Marinas were "private" or closed to boaters for fuel unless you store your boat there. We didn't know where to turn, so we looked-up mobile boat fuel. Darren at Fuel U Fast was awesome. Came out within a couple hours of calling his company for mobile boat fuel. Very fast, very convenient, and very reasonably priced. Will be using Fuel U Fast to fill our boat from now on!
