We had a very unsatisfactory experience at the Boca location of Your Patio Store. We purchased a table and 8 chairs, and had the table customized in color to match the chairs. After over two months passed without delivery, Keith from the Boca location of Your Patio Store called me disclose for the first time that Your Patio Store actually only had 5 chairs (not 8) but that we could try to pick other chairs to try to match the other 5 the best we could. Not wanting mix and match chairs after spending thousands of dollars, we asked for a refund, which was refused. Keith refused to refund the money because we had customized the table color. But, the only reason we customized the table color was because we were sold 8 chairs and we wanted to match them in color. We were not told for over two months that they never had 8 chairs to sell us to begin with. They customized the table color knowing that they never had the 8 chairs they promised to deliver. We will never shop here again. We were able to find chairs online from Williams & Sonoma instead.

I purchased patio furniture from the Boca location. It was delivered damaged. I immediately called and they said Keith would get back to me not only has he almost a month later not returned my calls. He promised to come to our place made an appointment and NEVER Called or showed up. Very unprofessional. I love your furniture, the quality is excellent however the Boca Staff needs to be reconsidered. To this very moment, all I have is damaged furniture . We had to stay on top of them for delivery and now this. They were right on top of things however when they wanted payment. Got several calls then. Buyer beware do not by from this store. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS NOR TREAT ANY CUSTOMER. Shame on this store.

My wife and I had been shopping for a patio set and had been to numerous locations around Boca to find one that we liked and that would fit well on our space. I had seen Your Patio Store off of Dixie Hwy and we decided to stop by. There’s a guy there, I believe his name is Howie, who would best be described as a complete psycho. This is the LAST guy you’d want interacting with customers if you had any sense what so ever. Allow me to explain where things went sideways. We were greeted by him in a pretty customary fashion, so far so good. He then proceeded to insist we listen to a very lengthy dissertation on every aspect of patio furniture manufacturing and materials. What apparently lit up Howie was me telling him “I appreciate the interest in telling us all about how patio furniture is manufactured, however for the moment, we’d simply like to look around on our own and in the event we see a set we like, we’ll find you and discuss that in greater detail.” Howie was NOT going to let something like that get in his way and he proceeded to follow us around, physically very closely, continually trying to redirect us and explained that “we came in to his house and we WOULD listen about his products”. That’s where Howie was incorrect. I told him “We’re going to the 2nd level to walk around, look at patio sets and we’d be happy to talk further once we had a chance to browse on our own. My wife and I then walked to the stairs and attempted to <gasp> browse patio sets. Like someone farting in an elevator you’re trapped with, there was also no escape from Howie. He ended up on the 2nd level with us, and went in to a much more aggressive diatribe. My patience is now over. I said listen, enough dude, we’re not interested in being stalked and harassed, we’re done here. He then, very ironically, told my wife and I that we were the rudest people he’s ever encountered. I said “We’re done here, lets go.” At that point, as we were walking out, Howie got a few choice words from me, which we’re well earned. The guy is a nut job and I’m VERY happy my wife didn’t go there by herself. In the following 24 hours, we spent $10K+ on a patio set elsewhere. I’ve lived in Boca for years and will offer this warning to anyone in the market for patio furniture.

Never have before been treated so poorly and for what reason I don’t know , they have a person working named Howie he is a liar and pretends to be the manager. We walked right out , the company should get rid of him before he keeps doing this to others

Great American made patio furniture at a decent price. Like the lifetime warranty on the metal components for rust and 3 years for fabric. It is their own brand and Made in Miami. I would only buy during a sale because it can get pricy otherwise, but the quality is above average.

If I could give negative 17 stars, I would. Just had a new patio put onto our home. We went to this store to purchase our furniture only to be harassed by the salesman who simply wouldn’t allow us to browse. He said we were in “his house” so we would have to listen to what he said about the products. We simply wanted to find a set that we liked prior to learning about the construction. Nope- that was not allowed. This stalker-like sales person proceeds to tell us how we were “the rudest customers he had ever had in his entire 18 month career”. We stated we simply wanted to browse and consult each other about which set would look best. As he continued to follow us we decided to head to the exit and he continued to berate us and tell us to leave.This man was beyond awful. We went to another store and spent a pretty penny on a new patio set.Stay away from this place. Women- do not go in without your husbands. This man is absolutely crazy.

My wife and I purchased furniture at this store back in the fall of 2022.The salesman (Howie) was extremely salesy and aggressive during the process ie "you like this table....it can be on your patio in the next hour" but ultimately, we liked their product and purchased @$18,000 of furniture.We were told we would have it in February because it was a custom order which we accepted. As we got into February, we would call to get a status update and told "everything is on schedule". The salesman NEVER reached out with an update.The month goes by so my wife, and I decide to cancel the order and miraculously, we are told the furniture will be delivered next week. It was VERY bizarre that we call to cancel, and they decide the can deliver it which they did on 3/15 except we are still missing an umbrella.I called today to cancel the umbrellas and was told " you can't cancel" and then the salesly guy Howie proceeds to tell me I am an animal as I am upset at the service and response from the company, I bought furniture from months ago.As a customer i should after months of an order in which there has been ZERO communication about the status be able to cancel as they didn't meet the agreement that we had regarding the purchase. If they actually cared about their customers and updated them on the status of orders, then we would be willing to wait for the product but based on the arrogance of Howie and how they treat customers I would never recommend doing business with them.Customers deserve to be updated on orders, and companies should stand behind their promise of delivery or at least stay in touch with customers regarding their order.I wish we never did business with them but if you are reading this you now have a choice.We received a call back telling us we are stuck waiting and they will not issue a refund. DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

Horrible!! Dont spend your money there expecting to receive furniture in a timely manner. Also, do not expect any communication during that time. We ordered furniture in December, (which we paid in full) we are almost in April and we still havent received ANYTHING! We ordered 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella, said to be completed in 6-8 weeks, 11 weeks later when I request a refund, I am told that they are allotted 20 weeks for completion and I can not have a refund. They are rude and the only person you can speak with is a customer rep which is terribly condescending. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I only choose one star because the system made mezero stars for me.

When I first went into the Patio Store, I liked everything I saw, and our salesperson seemed like someone I could trust. We placed a large order, and paid a 50% deposit. We were given a date that everything would be delivered to our new home.That's the good part of this story....Every time I called to check on my order...all we received was an endless BS story after another...promises to get right back to me, unprofessionalism, lie after lie. I wished that I never went in there, but I decided to hang in there. We finally got our delivery....but we only received the frames...no cushions! More calls to Howie and Neal at the store....and more incredible BS stories....My opinion is that Howie is passive aggressive, Neal just lies most of the time...goes home, and waits for a new day of the same.When I got my cushions, we noticed that one of the chairs was the wrong color. The delivery driver told us that have lots of that color chair in stock.When I called the store and told them I have the wrong color chair, Howie told me they are bringing the correct color chair on Thursday between 10-1.We didn't receive that delivery, and I called the store again. Now I spoke to Neal, and he said...they have 2 weeks to put up the wrong color chair, and re-paint it the correct color, and then give it back to me.I got so tired of complaining, I waited and waited...We did finally get the correct color chair....I noticed 1 few scrapes in the metal....Neal did send me a can of spray paint....the furniture is brand new, very expensive...i didn't expect any defects!!!I am still waiting for a refund of $350 for a shipping charge that we were told there would not be a charge for. Suffice to say, I would advise everyone to stay far away for the Patio Store...I'm not a big complainer but I hate the feeling of being cheated and lied to. I appreciate integrity....they have none....I appreciate quality...their standards are low...I appreciate great professional customer service and client care...don't go looking in their direction for that either. There were many negative YELP reviews on this company....I wished I had checked them out before. I hope anyone reading this won't make the same mistake I did.

Let me first say that we have bought items from Your Patio Store in Ft Lauderdale and it was a positive experience, the items were good quality and we were pleased. This review is entirely for the Boca Raton Store and Staff, particularly Keith. We ordered a set so long ago, I can't even remember, perhaps 9 months now. We never received a proactive update from the store about our order, in fact every time we called about it we were lied to, "oh, I will call you right back", "it is being prepared for shipping next week, we will call you". BS after BS. I would warn anyone, AVOID THIS STORE. Take the trip to Ft Lauderdale, it's worth it for friendly, attentive sales people.

******BUYER BEWARE, THIS STORE IS SUING US FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT FOR THEM AND THEIR MANUFACTURER DROPPING THE BALL****** We were VERBALLY told 4-6 months for our patio table, we paid in full like good customers and we patiently waited. 4 months comes around and we start calling just to get updates, same response EVERY SINGLE TIME...IN PRODUCTION. 5 months comes around, we call again, mind you, they never ONCE called us to give us updates and they were also very rude to us when we would call them, 5 months same exact response IN PRODUCTION. We asked them to please give us a more specific answer/timeframe, IN PRODUCTION is ALL they would say. We asked for a refund and they laughed at us over the phone and said no refunds. That is not how you treat customers period. We wanted to know SOMETHING, ANYTHING more than IN PRODUCTION. 6 months comes around, they never ever called us once or even called us back as they promised they would. At 6 months we called one last time, Keith asked us to call back in 30 minutes, we said no, how about you guys give us a call, he promised 30 mins he would call back. To no surprise at all, no call back. TWO HOURS go by and we call AGAIN, we plead with Keith that we need MORE information, that this is not fair nor how you treat customers WHO PAID IN FULL, he could careless and says they will call back by end of day...end of day and guess what, NO call back. We as customers did our part. We were told 4-6 months, we paid in full, we waited and when 4 months came around we of course wanted to know updates, we called NUMEROUS times between the 4-6 months. They took our money and treated us extremely poorly. At this point we thought we would never get our table and that these people just took our money and besides the fact that we NEEDED a table and had already waited the 6 months THEY had told us WITH ZERO UPDATES! We had NO ANSWERS, NO TIMEFRAME, We needed a table so we got one elsewhere. So we filed a dispute with our bank and WE WON! Once we filed the dispute they started calling and trying to be nice, even the manufacturer called. They both admitted to dropping the ball. What were we supposed to do, just be at their mercy with ZERO UPDATES while they have our money $4600??? Thank GOD I do not have a table from them, imagine if something goes wrong with our table, do you think their customer service would give a crap, based on how they treated us....HELL NO! We just found out that they are suing us for breach of contract which we were never given a copy of. Please READ ALL REVIEWS and BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE ONES because it is exactly our same experience. Shame on us for not reading the reviews. We have a lawyer and we will be fighting for us and for all consumers. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS NOR TREAT ANY CUSTOMER! Both the store AND the manufacturer has HORRIBLE REVIEWS! We did everything right, this company treated us so poorly and now we have to deal with a lawsuit for THEM dropping the ball. Sue your manufacturer for never giving you updates but don't sue your customers who paid in full and followed your VERBAL AGREEMENT and called to get updates like anyone would when you take their money. We will make sure everyone we know is aware of this shameful company and how they treated us, we will make sure all consumers know how this company treated us and how they are suing us. This isn't even a loss for the store or their manufacturer, they both have a showroom, put it on your floor and sell it, all that is "custom" about this table is the color, blue and white. They are just suing to flex their muscle instead of looking in the mirror and admitting their mistakes. Use this experience for good, change your customer service, change your relationship with your manufacturer, don't take it out on customers who did everything right. Shame on you!

We went here for wall art and had our eye on a print for $1300. We asked for 20% off and the sales lady said 15% was her max. I suppressed my impulse to purchase thanks to the advice of my husband. We went home and did our homework. Today we bought the identical framed print for $630 at Haverty’s!

Truly the best place for all your outdoor furniture needs! They carry the most beautiful products at great prices. The sales team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our pool area and backyard look absolutely incredible. I highly recommend Your Patio Store - you won't be disappointed! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
