Dear Olivia & The Forever Studios Team,
It is very rare that I write a review about anything, but due to my wonderful experience with Forever Studios and my assigned Artist Olivia, I felt inspired to do so! My experience working with Forever Studios exceeded my every expectation, from my initial inquiry consultation with Greg, to the quick and clear correspondence with Gabby in concierge. And most of all the artist who worked on my photo restoration, Olivia.
The talent and artistic ability of Olivia to implement all the necessary components and details to bring a photo back to life and enhance it with such precision, detail and elegance was truly amazing! Not only was her detail amazing, but her ability to tune in with my vision and my revision requests was spot on. I really appreciated her patience and collaboration in restoring and bringing my photo back to life, the final result was stunning! The online software Forever Studios uses is really nice and user friendly. I was really impressed with Olivia's implementation and response time throughout the process as well as Gabby's overall assistance in coordinating the project.
Overall I would Give Forever Studios a 10 out of 10 and Five Stars. I am very grateful for the work they do and I will be a customer of life! I am looking forward to my next photo restoration project...

I showed up with an audio tape and asked if there was any chance they could rush a conversion to digital for me, because I only had three days. They were very friendly and said they could do it for a very small rush fee, then asked in passing what it was for. I explained it was a tape of my grandmother singing and I needed it for her memorial service. Stan, who was taking my order, was so compassionate and gave me his card to call today to make sure it was being processed quickly. Well, I didn't need to call. They had the conversion done and the files available in less than 24 hours for me. That was so incredibly thoughtful, and one less thing to worry about. I'm very grateful.

My main complaint is that my project took 3 times longer than promised, and I had to call to learn of their backlog issues - no proactive communication about this. The service was great, but I would think twice about using them if you have a tight deadline.

Good job on turning an old VHS into something I can watch and distribute digitally! I took one star for needing to ask several times for the link. But the download process went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use this company again for video tape conversion. Thank you.

I have been a part of a veterans association art wall that commissions artists to paint these large panels to be on display until they get replaced annually. This year I was given very blurry reference photos from WWll. Luckily, Forever Studios took the photos and fixed the details so that I won't be guessing at features. I highly recommend them for their attention to detail, the fast and reliable turnaround and communication via email messages and updates.

I need no prodding to happily leave a 5 star review for "Forever Studios".
They're an AWESOME company. I first chatted online to see if they thought they could restore my photo. Chrissy, on the chat, assured me that it would be no problem. She was right! How wonderful it is to discover and use a highly competent and customer driven company.
I submitted my photo to them yesterday and today I received the proof. It was excellent and I approved it as it was. It was a photo of my grandfather that I will treasure forever.
Excellent service. Friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff and quick turn around. And I found the fee of $35 quite reasonable. I would use them again in.a heartbeat and highly recommend them.
UPDATE: I just used Forever Studios again. I have now used them multiple times with total satisfaction each time. This time I noticed another change that I wanted after I had already approved the Proof. But they said, "No problem. We will reopen the proof". And they quickly exceeded my hopes for the photo. WONDERFUL company. I will be using them again and again.
