Forever Flowers did an amazing job preserving my bridal bouquet. Judy was kind and communicative and sent me all the information I needed to customize my keepsake. They were very accommodating and scheduled my bridal bouquet drop off the day after my wedding ceremony. I am so happy with the final result and love reminiscing when I look at the beautiful arrangement.

I had the best experience with Judy and the team at Forever Flowers! I was not at all planning to save my bouquet until I saw and fell in love with it on my wedding day. I called up Forever Flowers the next day and Judy give me super clear instructions on how to care for the flowers until they were in her care and what the 6ish month process of preserving these flowers would entail. Their website has a great variety of keepsake images, but I was fortunate to be close by and visit the store in person. Judy took so much of her time (and multiple emails and visits) to show me all her frames, mats, and formatting ideas. She ultimately helped me build my perfect shadowbox which I am IN LOVE WITH. It even beautifully incorporates a photo of my late father and a necklace that is very special to me. It shipped to my home in California without any trouble. My budget was around $600 which did include the museum glass and shipping. It isn't a cheap keepsake, but the care put into it and memory I have from my wedding far outweighs the cost. Thank you, Judy and Forever Flowers, for giving me the keepsake of a lifetime :)

I should have known up front when they ask what your budget is that to stay away. Bouquet preservation starts at $500 so I listed our budget between $500-$600 and it came in just under $600, before shipping of course (be sure to budget another $150 or so for back and forth shipping). Waited 6 months for the finished product only to receive a frame that looks defective, like it had been poorly repaired. Was told this was what distressed (the frame we pick) looked like. It’s not what the rest of the frame looked like and their only solution was for me to pay for shipping and handling both ways and they would replace the frame. I asked for at least a refund of the frame portion, twice, but they never bothered to respond. Like other reviews, the flowers don’t look like the original bouquet either but if you still decide to use them the museum glass is totally worth it.

I would not recommend this company to any bride or person looking for a shadow box. Before receiving the shadow box, I had a very hard time contacting them and communicating with the company. It was too late because I sent my flowers and deposit....I just received my shadow box from them though. Unfortunately, they had the whole box upside down! If I was to hang the shadow box on the wall the way I received it, my bouquet and wedding invitation, etc. would all be upside down. The box itself was chipped in two places as well. When I contacted them about it they told me that it was the first time this ever happened and “I had to fix it myself.” Whether it is easy to fix it not, the product I paid for was VERY expensive and this should have been handled better.

The product I received looks nothing like my bouquet. I am so beyond upset with what I received vs what I was told the presentation would look like. Told it would be tied back with wire, and instead I can actually see the styrofoam everything was glued into. Hot pink flowers are in my bouquet display when there never were any hot pink flowers on my wedding day. The display isn’t even centered with one side looking incredibly flat and lopsided and the other looking full. Save your money and go elsewhere, otherwise your $600 investment will be worthy of going in the top of a closet never to be seen again. I was so excited to display these and now my wedding bouquet was literally ruined, and there’s even pieces of the flowers loose in the case that can’t even be removed.Edited to include that the case wasn’t even completely stained and the backing is falling off. Also discovered more places where you can see the styrofoam, there’s also several places you can see glue strings.

My experience with Forever Flowers exceeded all expectations. My husband and I had our 5 year vow renewal in June of 2019. It was in all honesty our actual wedding since we initially couldnt afford one back in 2014 and wed in a very small ceremony with just our children. I wanted to find a way to incorporate keepsakes from both since it represented a milestone in our lives. Judy was so helpful. I appreciated her suggestions and welcomed her expertise. She was even kind enough to meet with me a second time when I wanted to review my order. She called me after processing to update me on the status of my flowers and gave me options for substitutions. I picked up my order today and was speechless. It was absolutely stunning. I am so looking forward to having this in my living room for years to come. I would highly recommend them for any floral custom framing keepsake needs.

I just picked up my wedding bouquet and boutonnière that my mother in law sent to be preserved as a gift to remember the special day. She shipped it straight from NYC to Boca Raton, FL right after our wedding. The preservation was a process but Judy kept in good correspondence with us to pick the perfect style of boxed frame and even managed to fit my husband's boutonnière nicely in the frame along with my beautiful bouquet. We met Judy upon pickup of our "Forever Flowers" and she was easy and pleasant to work with. Thank you and I would highly recommend Forever Flowers. What a beautiful way to hold onto something so special!

Absolutely prefect!!! Forever Flowers did such an amazing job! My sister lost her flowers the night of her wedding so a year later I reordered her bouquet and had them preserved! From the very beginning working with forever Flowers was a joy. They added their input and i am so glad they did! The shadow box is so wonderful! Thank you!!!
