The delivery was scheduled for midday but after a brief conversation the manager decided to do the delivery herself since the driver was already out with the morning schedule. “I don’t know if the family actually received it because I don’t know the family. We met briefly through my son’s FaceTime when they took him and another friend in when hurricane helene came through. I can only take the florist emails that they were delivered. I would recommend them to offer a receipt upon delivery signature to show that they were delivered. Other than that they delivered on the same day I place the order, on a Sunday. I would have given a five star if they can get signature of the recipient.”
