Total scam. Site says "private office starting at $449 per person". When it says "starting at " you expect it to be a bit higher than what's advertised. They quoted me $1050 for a 1 person private office.

Our long time A/C guy retired a few years ago, and I was so thankful we had found FLORIDA COOL. My husband was out of town and our A/C stopped working! The end of the Summer heat made being inside unbearable. The employees & managers at Florida Cool sure helped me out. Less than a two hour response when I called to report a backed up drain line. They came out and fixed the problem with little hassle and also changed out my air filters while they were there. Great company will recommend to my friends.

I can't thank Florida cool enough they were very knowledgeable and professional swap my AC out and pointed out that I needed some ductwork repaired my house has never been so cold as it is now also my light bill has went down I didn't realize how inefficient my old unit was until now

Great place if you don't mind getting Scammed by their sales person Elizabeth and paying an extra two months of rent because they don't tell you how to terminate the agreement. Buyer beware stay away. Rent from anywhere but The Boca or Delray Regus locations.

Excellent loca Boca Raton Florida executive suites. The front staff personnel are nice friendly and organized. They will greet you and hold packages etc. The coffee station is fine. The suites are as large or as small as your require. The building is nice and the parking is covered in this specific one.

Very nice building for Boca Raton standards. Great location. Very professional corporate feel. Staff was very professional and friendly. Also, they don't have a bunch of Regus signs everywhere so that's good (you don't want clients to know you use Regus). Also, none of the conference rooms have windows. Poor decision.
