This company is garbage. They harass you about payments because they constantly try to take payments back to back. They say once a week but what they attempted to do was charge me on Sunday of the previous week then again the very next day on Monday of the new week. It got to the point my own bank blocked them because they thought they were trying fraudulent activity. Yes I agreed to their terms so I put my CC on there for a payment source just long enough to clear things up with my bank. Once I had my bank cleared up that they weren't fraudulent just overzealous for a payment, and tried to remove my CC as payment they wouldn't let me. So now they have access to my bank account and my CC to take payments however often they choose. When they called literally multiple times a day and I tried explaining to them the only reason the payment won't process is because your trying to take it back to back every week and it looks like fraud activity to my bank they didn't care just kept trying to process the payment or asking for another payment method. If you don't have to use this company I definitely wouldn't not to mention your paying twice as much if not more. When I first used this company it was awesome but of course like any other place with substantial growth they no longer care about quality service. EAD and I hope u keep getting BBB complaints as you have numerous already! Buy with caution or hopefully not at all

I am completely unsatisfied. I got married and had a name change and was waiting for my new license to come in so I sent 2 other proofs of who I am (my paper license and my work badge and my passport card and my marriage license). They denied it. Plus they use CHIRP as a way to verify your bank and my bank is not listed on there so they denied my lease even though my bank was tied to my account but because it wasn't through CHIRP they didn't accept it. My bank information did show up under my account information on my dashboard. I just don't understand. Not to mention I was approved for $2300 and then they took it back.

This place is a scam for sure just signed up and there website says pick up in store today. That is a lie also when you chat with someone they just wait until you say something. I paid already lease is complete and went this route to save money. But nope still waiting to pick up my items going on day 3 tomorrow. I called best buy and all items I ordered for store pick up is in stock. So now I have to wait until 5/29 for pick up. And my bill is already due a couple days after that,what a joke this company is. I'm reporting y'all to everyone I can that is not right for a website to say "Pick up today" but have to wait a week.

I'd give it no ⭐ if that was allowed. This is the worst place to deal with! Not only did they lose my grandkids package (birthday gifts for a 7 & 5 year old) they were absolutely no help in trying to fix the problem. Between flexshopper and the retail store I don't know which was worse. Then the fact that if you tell them you want a refund that's a whole different company you have to deal with!!

Still have not received my refund from where they double charged me and admitted it was their fault. You can’t speak to the billing dept and they claim an email with my refund info would be sent and it has not. I’ve used them for years and this will be the reason I never use them again

these people are crooks, they have taken money out of my account when they were not supposed to. even caused me to pay an overdraft fee at the bank, now my balance on my two accounts has gone up since yesterday, it came down now today it is back up to where it was. reporting them to the BBB and the attorney General's office and the federal trade commission.

Poor customer service, continued to charge an account that was closed even though they had updated payment information and ultimately I paid double than what I owed because of return "fees" racked up in their error. Payments where also sporadic and inconsistent with some automatic payments being charged multiple times with no refund. Stay away.

Flex shopper originally gave me a 52 week contract not a 90 day contract. 52 weeks is a year not 3 months, 90 days. They will force you too pay off the account in a certain time frame. I hope they get better or go out of business. DONT DEFRAUD YOUR CUSTOMERS. Returning the merchandise and will never have business with this company again. Money hungry.

I was approved and I signed a lease on July 9th. I paid the first week immediately and then I got an email I needed to verify my account. I sent in all the info they were asking for and I have called the customer service number and got very little info other than I have to wait. It’s now 3 days later, no confirmation back from them and my lease is still pending.

I had the worst customer service experience with Gabriel(guy).
I called in about my bill with a past due balance that I was unaware of. I asked him to repeat what he said and he stated that he was not going to keep repeating what he said.
I then became upset and cursed at him and asked for his supervisor. He said why and I told him not o worry about it just get me a supervisor. He said since you cursed at me I am going to hang up. He disconnected the call. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and explained everything that happened on that call and he stated that he would take care of it.
People customer service is not part of the training if u don't have it you just DONT!
I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH YHE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED!
If I could 0 stars I would have but unfortunately I had to give 1 to submit this review!

I’m canceling them cause just to change payment plan of weekly to biweekly they want to charge me 52 bucks more hell to the no no more business with them
