As a new parent, finding mold in our carpet freaked me out. But Donald, Woody, and the guys over at Flash, were seriously awesome. They didn't make me feel d*** for asking a million questions, and they always got back to me when I left them a message. Plus, they were super cool about scheduling around our baby's nap times. Right off the bat, I felt like I could trust them with our home. And even though they could have taken advantage of my freak-out, they didn't. They were super professional, sent me almost 200 photos of the whole mold remediation process once they were done. Honestly, if I could give them more than five stars, I totally would.

We removed some damaged laminate flooring over cement slab in our home and discovered alot of wet stinky mold and I was not sure how to handle. A workmate referred us to Flash Restore due to their great experience. Donald offered to come out that very day and ascess the problem. Then offered to rent and deliver a hepa filter air cleaner, had the appropriate surface cleaner, even hauled away our pile of damaged flooring. The speedy and friendly service, very reasonable pricing, and a real understanding of the issue was a lifesaver!

They came out the same day I contacted them and couldn’t be nicer about explaining the depth of the problem and what we needed to do to mitigate the issue. Their guys were here the next day to take care of everything! The whole crew are professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring - and when you are dealing with mold issues in your home, you really need reassurance!I highly recommend Flash Restore- they live up to every aspect of their name!

So grateful! I had a massive leak under my wood floors that seeped into the majority of my home and up the walls. The owner of this amazing company , Donald, sent his team out in a FLASH! They were there within 2 hours to begin drying out the water in my home. We found the leak and lots of horrible mold in the walls and cabinets that they are in the process of removing and remediating now. I can’t say enough good things about his company!The incredibly hard working staff is top-notch professional, reliable, trustworthy and actually very comforting and reassuring at a really stressful time. Michael (SuperMichael! ) takes care of everything & actually fed my outside cats! You’re really in excellent hands with these guysz.They are just amazing and have made one of the worst, most stressful experiences of our lives totally tolerable. Flash Restore was a life saver when we had a toilet and shower back up resulting in a flooded bedroom. They were super responsive and immediately sent a professional and knowledgeable crew to assess the situation. They took control and cleaned up the mess - then set up dryers and air cleaners. Flash restore was incredibly professional and reliable doing the work in my house. They came daily with drying equipment and let me know each day how the job was progressing. They moved furniture and were respectful of our space and belongings. I would highly recommend Flash Restore for any kind of water or mold problem.

I have to give Flash Restore a 5 star review. It is not often that you meet an outstanding contractor. They were honest. They were fair with price. And the communication made the job go smooth. I am keeping Flash Restore in my phone for any future issues. Great company. Great people!
