Great place, great staff, good quality food and products. I think they recently extended their hours to 7pm Mon-Fri which was great! Can’t wait til they extend hours on the weekends ❤️

I love this pet store! It’s been around forever! Great products and very knowledgeable staff. They have a great variety of pet food, supplements, toys & treats! Special shout out to Terri! Terri is always extremely helpful, and friendly. She’s very educated on pet health and well being. She’s an asset to the company!!!

So basically, me and my boyfriend went into the store to return an old fish item that I had bought about two or three weeks ago for 5 dollars, I was looking at a bag carrier for dogs and had originally gone into find a new cat bed. As I was digging for a cat bed, they didn’t have as a pet shops it’s for animals right? no, no here. So I went back to the front to see if I could ask for some help but by the time I was there, I could hear someone yelling, accusing my boyfriend of stealing when we had just been in for 2 minutes. I could not believe the audacity, the attitude, the rudeness and unprofessionalism this old lady had. I thought it was cute but definitely very messy and old. They didn’t have much of a variety for us to choose from. This experience was indeed, very upsetting. Therefore the one star rating. Just find it very hard to grasp my head around the fact that the store is probably going out of business because of her. I have yet to have dealt with racism here in Boca Raton. So please stay away from the small business that will not treat you kindly in anyway whatsoever. I will be keeping my five dollar fish tank accessory and never going back.**TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT SHOP**

I swear they have to be racist. Because they treated me like they were. Absolutely no common decency from any of the workers including the owner. I brought in an item to return (granted) I had not brought the receipt. They told me no all at the same time and I said I'd come back when I found it. I was ready to make my way out after they had told me no. They had approached me with the idea that I had stolen it, "that specific item has never passed through OUR register, you stole it from us". The fact they thought I stole a 5$ fish item is ridiculous. From that moment on, I felt extremely uncomfortable. Embarrassingly yelling and using condescending language with me until I made my way out. I had no words, other than what a shame. They have absolutely nothing of good quality in the store not even the customer service. So if you need to buy anything for your pets and you love your pets, please don't go here. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! GO TO PET SUPERMARKET OR BARRIER REEF DOWN THE STREET. They're way nicer. Plus much better quality anyways.

Lisa and Debbie really care about their customers! As they are very old Florida which I like and have a wide variety of holistic care products; including a large variety of food, they know everything about pets and how to take care of them. They've helped me a lot with my dog Toby and his issues and I love that they are here in my neighborhood!

Best pet store in town. The owner sews the cutest dog bandanas and they have homemade cat toys that my kitties absolutely love. Please support this amazing business.

This place is the best place to go to for a dog or cat food, treats and supplements!! They have quality food, they are educated with the food they carry. If your dog or cat has a specific diet they can help you with making the right choices for your pet. The staff is kind and helpful as well.
