Sofia Trevino went above and beyond yesterday to help me and my daughter settle an account. She would not stop in pursuing avenues to come to a resolution which we did accomplish. She is smart, personable and really cares about her clients. I would honestly give her 10 stars!! Thank you Sofia.

I've had investments with Fidelity for over a decade, I went in to this office to see about setting up a meeting with a physical person to discuss my accounts, and was blown off by some stereotypical finance bro with greasy hair.

Nice people and efficient/effective. Sometimes a wait due to insufficient front desk staffing but they have a nice hot drink dispenser to keep you busy.

Unfortunately, there was no review area for their corporate headquarters. This review is predicated on two negative experiences that myself and attorney encountered the week of 8/6/23. The first negative experience was the inability to wire transfer money to Fidelity from my attorney's office. It became extremely frustrating and resulted in getting Fidelity on the phone. The results were extremely disappointing, because the woman at Fidelity could not figure out our inability to wire money into my account. Subsequently, I took a check and headed to the Boca Raton office to deposit into my account. This deposit was made on 8/9/23. I was told my the Fidelity representatives at the Boca Raton Fidelity that the funds would be a available to withdraw in 2-3 business days. When I checked on the funds today, 8/14, for they were not available for withdraw. After checking into this, I was told the funds would be available on 8/16. That represent a time period of eight days that they had my funds, and would not release them in the timeframe that was told to me by the Boca Raton Fidelity facility. The handling of this banking transaction is totally unacceptable, and will result in other firms being considered for my banking and investment needs.

I have been an investor with Fidelity for decades. Recently I decided to move more assets to them. They have an excellent team in Boca. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and has patience.

My representative is Michael V. Bellitti. He was great in the beginning - very helpful and professional. Once he received my account, he was't helpful anymore. He doesn't even return my phone calls for any questions that I may have. I regret working with this company. I don't recommend this place.

My guy Wylie Nelson, he is the guy you should ask and trust with your assets. After a back and forth on what is best for me and my funds, he was able to write out a plan of action. I had a hard time understanding what he was saying but he calmed me down and explained every step of the way.

Scheduled a consultation on a whim after a life-long friend said Fidelity's Boca branch has done him well in the last 5 years he has had his account. Sean Burke is the guy to speak to for investment advice, he'll listen to you and carefully consider, then explain the options available for your specific goals or needs. Explains how to navigate the website quite well, he'll even demonstrate if you have enough brain cells to click a Zoom link! Very happy with my consultation, definitely secured my faith and confidence as well as business.

Not sure what all these negative reviews are about... I've been to this branch several times and have always found everyone to be very helpful and professional. I have my business, personal and retirements accounts with Fidelity and they've made everything very easy.
