Your customer service sucks!!! I was billed differently on my receipt than what was posted on my credit card. When I called the local office where I went to an agent from some third world country that could barely speak English was totally useless!! I tried 3 more times. It’s horrible that I can’t get an agent to help me. So now I will put a stop payment on this charge because FedEx couldn’t care less about helping me. The Boca Raton location on glades road was where my transaction took place originally

This store is Well lit with convenient parking right in front. Multiple representatives are ready to assist. Some like Omar always with a smile on his face, ready to hand me my printouts lol. Centric location.

Omar at Fedex and all the customer service people do a great job . Whether you are shipping international or domestic they got you covered .Best of all whatever you need to pack and ship the order is there .Many times i go there to fax as well as ship things out . I recently had the pleasure of visiting this FedEx location to have some binders made. I was assisted by a gentleman named Omar, who truly exemplified excellent customer service. He went the extra mile to ensure I could have the copies I needed that same night, far exceeding my expectations. Because of his stellar service, this location has now become my preferred choice for any copying or office-related needs. A sincere thank you to Omar for turning a routine task into an exceptional experience.

I had a last minute business print request that required a very tight / fast turnaround. Omar at the FedEx Office was extremely accommodating and helpful to complete the job on time, and help my team meet our deadline. I look forward to using them for our business print requests much more going forward!

I walked in to print and bind 2 page presentation. They guy with the mustache looked at me like I was crazy. Told me I really should order it ahead of time and he was too busy. I was very nice and asked to do it myself. He was reluctant to even let me use their self service. It was a total of 4 pages to print, 2 presentations. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. What happened to customer service?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I explained to the girl behind the counter the situation and the short window of time to have the packaged shipped to Germany. She advised and guided me to how to complete the needed information and assured me my package would be delivered. It was not, its was pulled by customs and they have refused to release and return the package I have called the 800 number and have spoken to this store. Use DHL instead.
