Got there to drop off a package at exactly 6:30 pm on a Saturday and the door was closed and the guy inside keeps telling me he’s closed when it is clearly displayed on the front door that they’re closed at 7:00 . I was highly disappointed, someone needs to rectify the closing time at this store along with the customer service here.

Fedex of Boca Raton on 2301 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL is fantastic!Cathy and her Team, Andre and Romen are the best!Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and very nice to work with.I have used Fedex for 35 years now, both for my company and my personal shipments.We have used this location for many months now and by far it’s the best Fedex location for us.I would recommend this location for anyone looking to ship, office use, shipping boxes, tape, etc.Thank you, Fedex Boca Raton!

I ordered these blueprints and they’re supposed to staple them and the stupid freaking morons never stapled them. They’re all mixed matched. All the numbers are out of order they’re worthless. These people are worthless. Just depends on the nationality you gotta deal with.

This location is so rude. They constantly try to get me to buy their boxes, their packaging, bubble wrap. Insane. When I deliver to USPS they never give me any issues. They do THEIR JOB. THEIR JOB is to SCAN and Deliver my packages. Why are you trying to get me to buy a 15 dollar box. Its already IN A BOX. It was just ridiculous. Never again. This happened 3 times now.

My company switched from UPS to FedEx. Ups switches parcels last year. And lost several. refund. And Thank goodness that fed ex has been on point. Expressly the locations on university near peters road. Professional. Has been on time as always promised. Never lost a parcel.
