Biggest shoutout to Dale and Ed at the FedEx location on Federal Hwy in Boca Raton. I came in with a return package ready to pay to print the return label myself and they got my attention before I printed out. Apparently, if the return label is by FedEx, they will print it for you, no need to pay to print it out yourself.
These guys were super kind and funny! And they made the return process easy. Thanks again! ?

Very poor service by Edgardo. It’s a shame.
Visited this location and seemed Edgardo didn’t wanted to help with my shipping requests.
He also provided a wrong info. And his attitude was not good.
I went to another location and They took care of my shipping requests with no problems.

Yesterday was a super tiring day for me at work. I was feeling really tired, but then I remembered I had to print some important materials before the FedEx closed. I was feeling worried because time was running out.
But FedEx’s Dale, was there to help! He saw that I was feeling stressed and tired. Instead of letting me panic, he calmed me down and promised to help me finish my project on time. Even though he had been working all day too, he had so much energy and kept my spirits high. He worked quickly and efficiently, making sure everything was perfect.
Thanks to Dale, I got my materials printed just in time! I'm so grateful for his kindness and hard work. He really made my day better.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing time, knowing that my purchase would not force them to stay late, and they walked up and locked the doors in my face. Absurd customer service.

Always a problem when trying to ship from this location. The lady at the counter always has a problem with my shippings and when I use another store for the same shippings it's really easy. Why???

Stopped there at 8:45am (they used to open at 8 but have since chanted it to 9am). The manager (I know it was the store manager and not just an employee as I've been here previously and he introduced himself as the manager) was inside on the computer and saw I had a package that just needed to be dropped off but refused to come to the door and yelled they would open at 9 and he will unlock the door then. Needless ti say I will not be using this location again.

You can’t just shut a store down when you have customers driving to it after checking the hours and seeing it’s open. Would of been nice for a heads up phone call when the print order was ready at 2:55 (I just got an automated via email alert). I went there at 4:20 thinking it was good to go since it closed at 6. Got there and the place was locked up with light out. So I drove back home disappointed and a little annoyed.Got a phone call at 4:45 saying my print order was ready. Are you kidding? I explained that already went there and it was closed. Excuse: mandatory 1-hour break. Had to shut the store. Unreal. Is this Fedex or “mom and pop” printing?
