My company switched from UPS to FedEx. Ups switches parcels last year. And lost several. refund. And Thank goodness that fed ex has been on point. Expressly the locations on university near peters road. Professional. Has been on time as always promised. Never lost a parcel.

The location is only accessible by US1 going southbound. They have their own parking lot, but its an awkward layout if busy inside the store, which it was when I was there. The store is a former Kinko's with copiers, computer terminals, greeting cards, snacks and your FedEx shipping needs. The manager was the only one working the day I was there and moved as quick as he could, but could definitely have used some help behind the counter.

The store is filthy, the equipment is filthy, the front door is filthy, yet fully vaccinated clients are required to muzzle their faces to get service. What's wrong with this picture? Florida retired the facial mask mandate over two weeks ago, across the state! If your employees refuse to get vaccinated that is their choice, but it will not be my inconvenience. Move forward, or close down. I'm sure UPS can handle the extra business.

Pretty simple in and out, social distancing is enforced, the staff is polite and knowledgeable. Went into mail a package and I was in an out in about 10 minutes. I'll definitely go back to this place again. The place is clean I noticed sanitizer present, this Covid stuff is getting old but I do recommend going here

I had to drop off 2 gigantic boxes for shipment today. These things weighed over 75 lbs each, were just under 36 inches long and were very tough to carry. When I went in looking for a hand truck, a guy named Phil offered to come out and load the boxes up for me and take them in. Very cool. I really appreciated this not often seen level of customer service. Saved me a lot of hassle and back pain. Great branch. Five stars.

I've been a pretty regular customer for years. Their new policy of not offering printing assistance and making you only use the online process is pretty stupid. There are much more affordable printing companies online with better quality. The reason I go to Fedex Print is for the customer support. Unfortunately that doesn't exist at this store anymore. Especially the rude gentleman that works there. He could've taken a moment to show me the way to navigate how to print my very specific order using the website. But he was too busy. I was the only person in the store and I'm a very patient person. Thumbs down. Boo.

TLDR: quick and easy printing job. ___ I stopped in for a quick printing job and Cathy, the manager, helped me out. I sent my files online and had a print code ready. This is The fastest I've been in and out of one of these offices. Cathy Helped me with choosing a card stock, printed a sample. Printed the whole job. And I was out of there in 5 minutes. Will deff come back to this office if I I'm in the area.

This is my go to FedEx office anytime I want to ship something off. Mostly because it is in a super convenient location, it's literally next to the Florida Turnpike North and Southbound entrance ramps. In the same plaza is a Starbucks two doors down from FedEx. Every time I go here it's never too busy where I feel like I am wasting my time.

Great customer service. I have shipped items from Thi location on several occasions. One thing that I would like is that they update their working hours as they close at 6:00 on the weekends and not at 8:00 PM as stated here.

Today I had the best experience at a shipping store which is almost an oxymoron! Liz at this Glades location was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and helped me properly pack an important baby item for a safe transit. I can now say that I am confident the package will get there safely and securely. Yesterday I was at a different FedEx location and had an awful experience Liz really turned my experience with FedEx around. If you need to ship anything this is the only location worthwhile!
