They wouldn’t let me drop a box because they said it was too big, even though I had a label for it. Wasn’t too big and heavy for me to carry it in BY MYSELF!

These people are thieves! I have a phone package lost in the mail and they are making me wait 3 days to file a claim so I can get my phone. I also didn't even receive an email that my package was delivered and had to look up the tracking number to see a picture of my package at the wrong address.I have been 3 days without a cell phone thanks to these people. They are thieves, and are trying to stall so I don't get my phone.
