Apparently the spanish looking girl with the glasses doesn't speak at all when you purchase something. That's terrible & very unwelcoming customer service.

The staff was so patient with me. My online order wasn't ready so they helped me cancel it and find the books I needed in store. The kind gentleman was working all day without a break and spent about 10 minutes helping me. I am so grateful they really helped ease my stress that day, even though he was having a hard day himself. That is the epitome of excellence.

It was super beautiful and I loved being back in the school environment. I did get a little lost though. The guy that was there did seem a little confused when looking for textbooks but it was still a great/clean experience

Son is going here. Have been there three times for orientation, gathering, registration. I have a wonderful administration, lots of helpful staff and students. The dining hall is amazing as well as the stadium ( gave a large group of parents a view of vip lounge ( nice, but need to donate $1000 to use).So far, campus, student dorms, and other things ( like free laundry [probably included in tuition] ) are great in my opinion.

Nice selection, beat environment and the customer service is decent. Just be ready for a book you need to be out of stock and go searching elsewhere.

I was there with my Sister and my neice whose a Senior at FIU...the bookstore was very bright and organized with lots of material to meet the needs of the students and community.
