We had an issue when we first checked in, the first room we had spelled mildewy and they put us in another similar room. That room was fine except the air conditioner made a rattling noise which was not fixable. They were going to put us in another room however it would have been too much of a hassle to pack up and move so we stayed in that room overnight and they gave us a discounted rate for that night which was very nice on their part. The location was excellent, very close and a short Uber ride to FAU stadium for us to watch the Tulane/FAU football game. It is nearby to dining and shopping and overall a good experience plus you can't beat free breakfast which was delicious.

Stayed 5 nights and within those five nights I’ve been placed on the third floor where they’re remodeling rooms dealing with banging noise early in the morning, wet paint smell because who wants to smell the paint fumes anyways and then at midnight the fire alarm rang for a good 15-20 mins non stop while being told that we had to wait for the fire department to turn it off. I emailed the manager and he hasn’t responded . . . lack of service for the client.*update Deon the manager called and let me know that the hotel was going through a minor update and he went ahead and apologized and made me an offer to stay at his hotel again. Maybe when I visit family back in the spring when the remodeling should be completed. Thanks Deon for the call and your service it was appreciated.

We just needed a good, clean, average hotel room near everything in Boca Raton for 2 nights. It is close to hospitals, stores, restaurants, universities, and I95. Our room had 2 queen beds, which worked well for us. It was spacious, clean, and updated.It had a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a larger desk, black-out curtains, a TV, and a good-sized bathroom. The tub had a grab bar, which is a must for me.A free breakfast was included. It was conveniently downstairs by the check-in desk. They have a decent breakfast with scrambled eggs, link sausages, round flat sausage, quiche, bagels, English muffins, cinnamon rolls, etc. The coffee is good! It is self-service, of course. For lunch and dinner, there are many restaurants in the area in different price ranges. Or you can call Uber-eats and other food delivery places.The employees at the service desk for check-in were professional and friendly.The lobby was welcoming with chairs, little tables, 3 elevators, and nicely furnished. There is plenty of free parking outside with wheelchair accessiblability. The hotel has a wide automatic slider door. This hotel is pet (dogs) friendly.

The room smelled horribly, there was mold around the air conditioner on the window, the desk staff was rude and... wait for it .... There were hookers. Witnessed 2 older men coming into the lobby -2 separate incidents in an hour - to escort the young ladies out with their arm around them. The men clearly didn't know the women before entering the lobby. I travel all around the country and stay at many hotels and have NEVER seen this before.

My wife and I stayed here September 19-20, 2023. Room was booked in advance yet we were told upon check in that only the handicapped room was available. As we were there from New York for my fathers funeral mass, we accepted the room. There was no complimentary water or coffee in the room. The shower head was low for an individual in a wheelchair. We had to squat down in order to shower. The water from shower ran out to a drain by the sink. My wife slipped and fell on the slippery floor outside the shower. No staff were around so I rushed her to the emergency room myself. Thank goodness she only suffered a minor bump on her head and some bruises on her body. It could have been so much worse. When reporting the incident upon checkout, all I received from the employee at the desk was a shrug of the shoulders. Very dissatisfied with this place.

Highly recommend! Upon checking in was a piece of cake, the staff members were friendly and professional Siri accommodating to my needs. I definitely will be staying with him again. Breakfast is also included in the morning with a variety of bagels, hot sandwiches and muffins etc. for those of us on the go :-) thank you for a great day. Looking forward to the next time!!!

The Fairfield Inn was a wonderful place to stay! The rooms were so accommodating and comfortable after a long 4 hour drive. The service was great and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning and the ladies that prepared our meals were such blessing to us they went out of their way to make sure everything was properly prepared and that we were satisfied. Thanks to everyone that made our stay pleasant one. We will definitely be back. The location is great right off the Interstate.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable!!Noteworthy details: And it's a pet friendly place too. The location is very close to eateries and shopping centers and very close to the FAU University

The hotel is in a quite area which is surprising as the Boca Airport is right next door. The lady who checked us in was great. The breakfast is decent and they offer different meals everyday. The room had a dehumidifier and a very slight mildew smell but it wasn't overwhelming. The water pressure for the bath and shower is a little low but nothing serious. Overall it is a great place and it has plenty of free parking.Noteworthy details: Minutes away from i95

Room was clean, the pool was well-kept, the buffet-style breakfast was excellent, the staff was very helpful and friendly. I really would like to compliment the cooking and service by Gaston and Claudia at the breakfast room.

Brandon at the front desk is amazing. Me and my friends love his amazing customer service, a lovely person to talk to. Helped us extend our stay here and he even gave us great recommendations for food and bars in the area and we had a blast!!! Thanks Brandon!! 10/10 would come back. oh the rooms are nice too

Hotel stay was nightmare. This stay was to celebrate our 1st anniversary. When checked in to the room, there was a used condom next to the bed on the floor. We were moved to another room. When we were about to check out, we picked up one of the pillows and found a blood stain on the back of it. All the staff was nice and friendly and they did not charge us extra for our 3rd dog. But hotel needs major rehab.
