Night time clerk is extremely rude and poorly trained. Does NOT know the locations of the rooms and sent me to the wrong floor. Bad attitude and very aggressive threatening tone all while outside smoking a cigarette by the front door. Very unprofessional.

Room assigned had a disgusting smell. Requested the front desk to change the room. Second room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell. Requested again to change. Third room was okRooms: Disgusting smell and not clean
