I have never seen such unprofessional staff especially the store manager lady. We bought two shirts of different sizes to see which ones fits and came back to return one. The bag and tags are not opened just the brand new. The software system they’re using didn’t recognize the store tag, neither the phone number not the email we gave. She said we can throw the shirt or donate it. This shop is not worth for having these uneducated and unprofessional representatives that impacts customer to minus 100. Lot of stores are closing down in this economy and corporates are so worried about retaining the customers but the reality is having such a bad staff ruins overall company and brand image. I have bought lot of things from this shop, never going to come back and I will make sure to wire a blog on this service as well so upcoming customers can see it. Their misbehavior will also be complained to mall management.

This place was absolutely unprofessional Jamie was the rudest she did not help in any way nor make eye contact with me also Juliana didn’t do any better but stare and make faces after this situation i will never shop here again worst store EVER!!!!!

Had the worst experience of my life in this store. The employee Sergio accused my daughter (8 years old ) of doing a mess on the necklaces section and said my husband would need to pay for that! But she didn’t do anything.
I don’t understand how come an adult can accuse a child of this, even when she said she didn’t do anything. Very bad! It’s a shame.

Worst customer service I’ve never had! I go in to purchase something I saw in the window. They said they don’t have any of them left, and can’t give me the one in the window. I asked to please speak to the manager because that’s false advertising. The manager ignored what we had to say, and instead told us that this other store “mango” doesn’t sell the products in their window either. Complete disregard for what we’re asking. She told us the VP was right around the corner and he’ll be upset if they move something from the window. So I asked to speak to him, and she said of course I don’t have his number. She and her staff refused to come up with a simple solution! I finally asked If they would order it and ship it to me. When the lady went to see the item, I asked if I could touch it, and she said no! What kind of business refuses to let a customer see, touch, or purchase an item from their store? Definitely need to teach their staff the basic principals of sales! I was totally turned off by my experience, I’d rather give my money to someone else who actually takes care of their customers!

I was at Express last night looking for a suit with my husband. We arrived about 7:45 and at 7:52 he wanted to try on pants but the fitting room doors were locked. We asked an associate and they said the fitting rooms were closed they were closing at 8. Totally unacceptable. The mall closes at 9 not 8.

Lovely store. At our alteration business nearby we have people come in with clothing items from Express and they always always look so good.

The only express store I have been to that doesn't match the price on the app and doesn't do in store pick up. Had to pay $40 more for the same item I could have gotten at the next closest store

Cam helped me and he was AMAZING!! He helped us sign up for a new Express Credit Card (ours had expired due to inactivity), and even helped us order a blazer online we have been eyeing for awhile that was not available in the store in my size, and had it shipped right to our house! He really went above and beyond. If you visit this Express, look for Cam for a positive experience!

It is inside the Boca Town Center mall. They were well stocked. There were also lots of sale items. In general, their prices are expensive according to the quality they offer so i rather shop the sales.

Luv the quality of the clothes. Join the rewards app/online and get discounts and specials. Nice stretch flex jeans, soft body countour collection of pieces, etc. Can dress up or dress down easily. Friendly staff
