Josh and the team at Exceptional Flowers & Gifts went above and beyond to help our team express our sympathy to a colleague. While trying to coordinate a delivery in Florida from several states away, I made errors in the address and phone number so they could not be delivered. Josh was gracious and worked with me on a redelivery, communicating quickly over the phone and email so that I never felt I was a burden, and our colleague received the beautiful flowers and gift with so much gratitude. I sent flowers to my cousin after her hip surgery, but unfortunately, she wasn't out of the hospital when the florist attempted delivery. The florist called me to let me know and was incredibly considerate, which I really appreciated. They returned the next day to complete the delivery, and my cousin said the flowers were absolutely beautiful. My experience couldn’t of gone any smoother. My best friend was being honored with a very prestigious award at a Gala for their life long contribution in expanding healthcare access for LGBTQ people, and 4am, just hours before the award ceremony, my floral arrangement gift fell through. I was so lucky to have found this company. They answered the phone at 4am, and by 11am I had a huge beautiful floral arrangement made for my friend. Loved working with Josh. He was so accommodating. I hate ordering flowers on the phone. I told him what I was looking for and asked him to send me a picture and he was spot on. I asked for a fall looking arrangement and that’s exactly what he delivered. My sister love them! I wanted her to feel like she was in NY for a moment with the fall colors.
