I went with Envision because Jennifer agreed to a fair rate. However, she tried to bump the price once, and at every step of the process, from pick up date to the delivery date, she set all the wrong expectations and would not take responsibility for her mistakes. At the end she claimed she would give me a partial refund and after calling her 3-4 different times, I still never got it, despite her promise. Stay away from Envision and Jennifer.

If I could give this company less than 0 I would. I kept calling and was promised my car would be picked up on time. I needed to have my car moved as I was making a move from TX to FL. I always had to call them as no one bothered to take the time to update me, but they d@*$! sure took my money with NO problem!!! The night before my car was to be picked up I once again called Jennifer and she told me that she couldn't talk to me because "her mother was putting her dog down and she had to deal with that". REALLY!!!???!!! I was insulted and humiliated that as a paying customer she wouldn't give me an answer which she herself had promised!! That was the last that I have heard from anyone from that company! Their customer service is abysmal. NEVER use this company! Save your time! Save your money! And save yourself some aggravation!

BEWARE do NOT use .... I'm starting to think this company just dosent care about the coustmer. After having reservations booked for over 3 weeks the day my car was supposed to be picked up I was told they have a transporter but could not get ahold of the driver. I called and called and called and when I finally got ahold of someone it was the Same answer. Then the second day went by they found a driver but wanted more money I said yes and asked how much it would be she told me she would call me back in 10min after 2 hrs go by again I have to call I get a answer for once and the she says the same she's going to make some calls. When finally at 630pm the night before my flight leaves I call and what do you know again no answer. I left a voicemail told them I'm canceling and not to charge my card for the deposit that is non refundable. Ended up having to go with someone else. If you want your car moved without headache and answers to your questions within a reasonable time do not use them. Worst coustmer service experience I have ever had to deal with.

They have failed to return phone calls, have not even picked my car up and its A week and a half later than the scheduled pick up date. And they added an extra $150 to the price for fuel and weather conditions so that they can "speed up the process" I'm not happy at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They have been over a week late picking my car up. They also ended up charging $150 extra for fuel and weather but then claimed she (Jennifer) was taking money out of her own pocket to make the process go "faster" and they dont ever return your calls. Please don't use this service!

When looking for a quality auto relocations company to transport my car purchase from Rochester, NY to Charlotte, NC, I found a trusted friend in Jennifer Maser of Envision Auto Relocations. They were in constant contact and provided updates on available routes. When my vehicle was booked, it arrived in about 24 hours later. I'm very pleased with the service provided!

I have had more than a half dozen cars transported to my house in the last several years and in my experience most of the truck drivers 90 % to be exact all speak broken English but at least you can some what understand what they are saying. Let me just say if you use this company you better get an interpreter if you want to know the day and time he's going to arrive. Worst experience ever!
