I've visited Edwin Watts a few times recently and have consistently had amazing experiences. I recently got my clubs regripped and was initially disappointed with the grip I chose. I emailed the Store Manager, Freddie, who kindly invited me back to regrip my clubs (again) at no additional cost. During my return visit, both Freddie and Larry took their time to go through every grip option with me, ensuring I was completely satisfied. The issue was more about my indecisiveness than the grips themselves, and they were incredibly patient and professional throughout the process. They refused to let me leave until I was comfortable and satisfied, all at no cost. I highly recommend Edwin Watts for their knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful service. Even when I insisted on paying, they wouldn't accept it.

I am writing this review because i am so impressed with this store on Lyonns , i have been going there for a while now but yesterday i asked for a favor being embarrassed to switch a Ping driver lst to a max , guess what? no questions asked , they know how much business i give them and they just did what they had to do to make me happy , they are people i can count on when i need service with no hassles or corporate rules , they go the extra mile . My name is Brian Miller , i have been playing the game since 7 years old and quite possibly i buy more equipment than anyone else i know , there is only one store for me and that the store on Lyonns, see my man Steve , a pleasure to work with , i dare to say if you mention my name you may be able to get a 5% extra discount , Freddy, Larry and Tom are also great staff, always helpful , Freddy is a plus 4 and knows his sh.. by the way i never write reviews but i feel they deserve the recognition

Freddy and Tom are so helpful and pleasant every visit. They ordered my specialized bag and then had all the accessories to match on-site. Great store when you need something or a gift for someone else.

Store is great and has everything you need to get started or upgrade! Also had Tom Wiley help me out with a new set of clubs and also helped me fix my slice with the 2 simulators they have in store!

Every single person working at this Edwin Watts has a smile on their face and is always genuinely willing to help. General Store Manager Freddy is the best! If there is one golf shop that wnats their customer to be happy, it is this one. Thank you Freddy and team for always caring so much. :-)

This is the best golf store I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredible. They’re always helpful, patient and very nice. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for golf items. Steve went above and beyond to help me replace a golf club. Also, Tom is super friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with

I have been with Edwin Watts for many years. I have never never had one bad experience. I have worked with Steve Borger for every piece of golf equipment I wanted to try or buy. Steves suggestions, input, and honesty are so comforting, that I never feel pressured. The Boca store is well run with a good management team, well stocked, and very friendly. Worth the visit.

I have been going to this Edwin Watts in Boca for over 3 years and have always had a good experience. Steve, Tom, and Freddy are all very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Recently I had a club fitting for a new driver with Daniel and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. It's the best driver I have ever owned.

We had a great experience! Steve helped fit my son for a new set of clubs. He was very kind, thorough, and patient. The clubs were shipped and received by us very quickly. We highly recommend! We will definitely be back for all my sons golf needs!

They don’t have either the ability in selection or the knowledge to properly fit clubs. If you really want a fitting with loft angles etc I would go elsewhere, only the manager seems to have this knowledge and he is always at counter.
