I'm really only there to get grass-finished beef. But they only have New York strips, ribeyes and ground beef.
The rest of their beef is mostly prime and wagyu. I buy some prime beef every once in awhile. I've had a great experience with.

The best high end butcher shop around. Amazing selection of wagyu from Japan, Australia, and the US. Their prime beef is a true prime and a higher quality from other “prime” I’ve gotten elsewhere. Great selection of Picanha and Denver as well, which are two of my favorite cuts. Great people, great place.

Nice little butcher shop. Sells excellent quality prime beef with a good selection of cuts and some offerings from designer ranches like SRF. Prices are reasonable for the high quality meats.

I've had good experiences and bad experiences. If you are willing to over pay, you can find great cuts of meat from Australia. I'm always willing to pay for quality but when I do, I expect great service. (4 stars for overpriced AU beef).Service (minus 1 star) they refuse to date their packaged meat. Two times I've bought a bone-in steak and both times the bone was spoiled and stinky (like made my entire house smelly type of stinky).Service (minus 1 star) came in for a prime grade NY roast and they refused to cut one for me because they had too many NYs in the fridge. Why call yourself a butcher shop if you are unwilling to make custom cuts for customers.This place has potential but they need to clean up a few things if they want to be a long standing butcher shop for locals.

After driving by a few times I stopped in. There’s a young gentleman there excited to help immediately. The store was pretty busy and everyone was being helped. I don’t know a whole lot about meat or butchers, but I do know what I like. He provided a whole tour and offered suggestions based on my preferences. Truly a store full of passionate butchers. So accessible to grab and go or request a custom cut.I saw one or two reviews saying prices were higher, but compared to a fresh market or Whole Foods, they really aren’t.A place like this means that I can purchase a cut for every person instead of buying in bulk at Costco and hoping everyone likes it.I bought a ribeye, filet and learned about a baseball cut (surprisingly inexpensive and very close to a filet).They also sell a Brazilian buttery bread thing that’s insanely good. $60 to feed a family of 4 with prime steak. Clean plate night.Didn’t take pictures… everything was consumed too fast.So excited for this place.
