Duxiana beds are the best! My husband and I have slept on a Dux bed for the past 30 years, and we also have them in our guest rooms. Everyone always raves about how comfortable they are and what a great night’s sleep they had.The excellent quality of the Duxiana product is matched by the outstanding sales advice and service provided by David Cohen, the owner of the Boca Raton store. We have worked with David for the past 11 years, and he is unfailingly personable, helpful and quick to find a solution should a problem arise.And the service does not end with the sale. When we moved two years ago, movers broke one of the legs on our king bed, and David over nighted a replacement leg to us. More recently we purchased a Dux Dynamic King, and David drove from Boca to our home in south Miami to personally oversee the installation.As with all Dux products, we are delighted with the Dynamic King and its comfort and flexibility, and I am especially happy my husband no longer snores (and hopeful he will not read this).

I bought my Dux bed from David about eight years ago. The bed is still like new, but I recently had some minor issues. I was hesitant to call because I bought it so long ago. Without hesitation, David came to my house both times and resolved my problems. He is amazing.

I havd been very pleased with the Dux bed and service with David Cohen for over 14 years. Have two beds and they are both the most comfortable ever. David goes way beyond customer service in being helpful and knowledgable.

If you want to waste money I suggest purchasing their "chambered" down pillows, that you are stuck with, and the only choice you have is to spend more money to add more down to...a WEEK later.......

Almost everyone knows Duxiana's brand stands for luxury and quality. But little did I know that it also stands for service as well. I bought my bed here almost two years ago. David, the owner, made it a point to come with the delivery crew to make sure the bed was set-up properly. That was added value. However, I just moved and when I got the bed to my new home, I thought, why don't I call David at Duxiana to see if they could help set-up the bed again - Guess what, he said, "I'll be there in an hour." He came and set-up the bed at no charge. Cheers to David at Duxiana. No question the brand also stands for service over, above and beyond the sale. Thank you!

The perfect combination of a great product and a great store: Duxiana, developed in Sweden, is a mattress that reduces the pressure points on your body and aligns your spine. And the store owners are very customer-oriented and knowledgeable. Based on their professional advice you will find the right mattress for you. I experienced a great all-around experience!
