Nilda was the best!!! I walked in the door and she knew my bra size. Nilda helped me try on different style bras till I was satisfied. I highly recommend Nilda for bra sizing, she's the best in the business. I only shop here for bras.

Just the facts:
. I was not the shopper, my friend was
. website boasts about their great ‘fitting’ skills for bras. Fitting does not include measuring--they ask your bra size and begin ‘the fit’ from there
. they don’t carry a lot of wire-free selections for larger women so once the one or two are exhausted, they begin to promote and sell you wired bras
. they think it’s perfectly okay to eat their McDonald’s brunch while helping you. Quite the aroma.
. they do not accept returns once the tags are off and will say anything at that point: ‘No can do. Tags are off. It’s against the law for us to take it back. We can’t sell it. You were supposed to wear it around the house with the tags on. So sorry.’ But they aren’t sorry.
. Even when faced with someone exceedingly polite (and my friend was double-teamed by both salespeople insisting she was at fault and the law was behind them (it’s not--they are allowed to accept the return, but they are not allowed to sell it without the tags. A little goodwill would have gone a long way here.) I’m sure they felt their murmured apologies made it all better. As you can read, it did not.
Happy customers drive good business. A 50% merchandise credit would have gone a long way here, especially since EVERYTHING in the store is way more expensive than that credit and my friend was prepared to spend more. And they could have donated the bra to any number of women's shelters.

Excellent service. Nilda helped me find the perfect comfortable flattering bra. Denise was very nice. Great shop and no high pressure sales. I will absolutely go back and buy more things. It’s like service was 30 years ago.
