I had to leave negative review after having issue with their finance program Jared provided using commenity bank. We had cheated on with this promotional offer. We set up automatic payments using their website and they did not charge our account one month payment. After the promotion ended we had small amount left not paid since that one payment in June 2023 was not charged, we send their dispute team proof of our bank account with total money on the day, we asked to provide explanation why they missed that one month but we didn’t get anywhere. It took us from August til now , countless hours on the phone with many people and we are not going anywhere. Commenity bank will not take responsibility and we are left to pay deferred interest of over 10k .
The sad news that even Jamie from Jared is not willing to help. I feel they just wash their hands not and that’s it. Very disappointing at this time, we were so happy in the beginning that we picked Jared. Now they won’t even fight for us with their bank that they chose to do business

I just want to let you know that they do big scam on offering finance with no interest. Be very careful because we got scammed with their Jared /comenity finance. We were shopping with my wife Virginija , they offered us their great deal 0% rate financing for 18 months so we were very happy and doubled the price of our purchase. We set up automatic payment from their website for 18 months, and with the last payment we thought we done. For some reason on her account they didn’t take the monthly payment for June of 2023. They charged all other month prior and after but skipped that one. We had money ok the account but their statement was showing no balance due and did not charge any payment. We go to Europe in summers and the promotion ended August of 2024. We came back from Europe August and find out that they charged differed interest of over 10k because they missed to take one payment so there was a balance of about $600. We worked with their dispute department from August till November and there is no resolution from their side. Apparently it’s our fault
Just be careful with their finance offers, because the store Jamie when we spend 60k , everyone was so nice and friendly but now they don’t even try to help in this situation, which was not our fault

Tonight we just purchased a new wedding band and solitaire diamond from Jared. This is my 4th wedding setting in 35 years of marriage, all to the same husband! I like to update my style every 10 years or so. I am so excited about my new purchase. It is stunning!
Members of my family and I have purchased multiple pieces of jewelry from Jamie I. at Jared in Boca Raton. We've also had several custom pieces made. Jamie knows us by name when we walk in the store, always makes us feel special, never pressures us and always gives us a good deal on our purchases. The subsequent customer service is also amazing. They are always more than willing to clean and inspect jewelry and offer to fix anything that needs care. They don't forget you after you've given them your money. When you are a Jared customer, especially with Jamie, you are a customer for life.

We came to Jared’s and were greeted by Cesar. He was so professional and courteous! He explained everything about my husbands watch and filled out the paperwork to have the warranty work completed !
