Horrible! Does not update prescriptions. They do not respect their doctor and treatment. They call you late and the medicines have already finished.

I've been dealing with this pharmacy for a number of years and the service has gone from fair to non-existent. Calls never reach a human being - all automated and some "yes/no" questions cannot be answered in this manner.
Instead of investing in more self checkout registers, perhaps invest in personnel that will rebuild your reputation. And it wouldn't hurt for you to hire young employees who are polite and helpful when customers are being served at the pharmacy counter - most are not and bark out orders or mumble under their breath making the customer feel they are just an inconvenience.
At this time, sadly, your level of customer service is in the dumpster and doesn't even rate a 1/2 start.

I went to print out some pictures for a funeral. I took my time to select some 8x10 pictures and several 9 picture collages. 3 of the 8x10 pictures printed and then a ribbon error appeared on the printer. The cashier on duty was not much help so she got the manager on duty, Ivy. Ivy refused to fix the printer stating that they were doing inventory and couldn't interfere with that process. Well Ivy, thanks for making a bad time worse. I wouldn't rely on this CVS if you need pictures printed.
Edit: they made me throw out the 3 pictures that already printed because no receipt was printed yet.

Absolute worst service!! Toya, the cashier purposely took as long as she could to ring the customers waiting in line just because we asked for a second register.

I am extremely disappointed in my first visit to this pharmacy. I went in to pick up my prescription one evening. I was in extreme pain and discomfort to the point where I’m leaning on their counter for support. The training pharmacy tech rang me up but there was an error that he hadn’t come across yet and needed assistance from the lead pharmacist. He told me to stand to the side which I patiently did. I then waited for the lead pharmacist as he asked her to assist the people that came after me. After waiting without being addressed the lead pharmacist asked me if I was dropping something off as that’s the line the tech told me to stand in. I was in the middle of telling her that the tech was supposed to explain what was happening but before I could finish she turned around and told the tech who didn’t know what he was doing to assist me. I am there leaning on the table waiting on him to figure out what to do. There was no empathy from either party who can see what my prescription is for but more harshness and unprofessionalism. The lead pharmacist finally came to help him and when she was done with my insurance card she threw it on the table that I then had to struggle to pick up with my nails. To top it all off as the tech is ringing me up he answers a phone call and speaks with his friends as I’m finally handed my prescription. There was no apologies or sense of remorse from either party. I don’t normally write reviews on places but I was so taken aback by what happened I wanted my voice to finally be heard.

this cvs pharmacy is horrible. I have left about 6 messages with them over the last few months and never get a response. I had betrer experiences at other cvs pharmacies.

Worst at customer service. Bet if I was white his dumb face wouldn’t have a problem wiping the counter off. But I guess he grow up hearing his dad talking to his mother in that manner so he thinks it’s right.

Worst pharmacy ever. Called and was told medication was ready went to pick it up and waited online almost an hour. It wasn't ready and there was only one person on the register. Cats eight feet deep outside and window is CLOSED. Go to Walgreens. Far better customer service
