The pharmacy is always busy but they try very hard to attend to the higher volume. Even when they are on lunch they will answer a quick question .. they are professionals. However, when I was in last week and wanted to be seen at the minute clinic while I was trying to make appt my experience was quite diff. The female clinician was walking in and I asked her nicely if she could answer one question for me. She was very short and said “ no, I’m on my lunch” these people take oaths as do all healthcare care professionals there were many ways she’s could’ve shown a bit more compassion. I did share my experience with store manager and he said there’s nothing he can do… customer service is so important if cvs can’t talk to her than I believe HCA owns these minute clinics.. I will definitely be voicing my dissatisfaction with this employee since our office is part of the HCA network. If this is the future of young people entering into healthcare we are all in trouble….she is not nice at all

The pharmacy doesn't answer or return calls. I've had a prescription since 11am this morning and it still hasn't been filled. Nothing like being in a pain and the pharmacy doesn't have your medication. Cvs you could do so much better. Walgreens or Publix you have gained a new customer

Experience the most unprofessional shopping experience of my CVS employees have to be unethical treating a consumer also chasing him outside who is totally unethical not in employee protocol and procedures and CVS employee hand bookIn the capacity of management I don’t even know why would Entity market to consumer get treated very badly to be a manager he unprofessional hostileCVS employees are not allowed to chase or confront you if caught shoplifting. According to the store's no-touch and no-chase policy, a CVS associate cannot run after you if you flee after shoplifting. In such a case, the employee can only inform the manager, who will have the final say on dealing with the issue.

Highest prices of any other pharmacy around. I used to get 40% off coupons which brought me into store at least once to twice a week. Now get 20% occasionally, whoch makes items still priced higher than Walgreens, Target and Walmart.

The employee who goes by the name of "Elizabeth" constantly harasses and discriminates against me. None of the other employees give me issues when i purchase alcohol. She yells across the store screaming that I'm underage even though I'm 22 and showed my ID to another employee already . On another occasion she even yelled to her manager "How can i tell if they have a fake ID" all in front of several customer leaving me embarrassed. I then asked for her employee ID number and she cursed and yelled at me and my boyfriend. This store has no professionalism or ethics .

They refused to fill my medications that I've been on for over 7 years. The male pharmacist was super rude and entitled on the phone. I've never had such a horrible experience with a CVS before in my life.
