The pharmacist closes before 4 minutes before closing time this is crazy. They should post a sign with updated hours about closing earlier

Hope corporate sees this. Chad in the pharmacy is horrible, rude, and will likely lead to legal issues for your team. There was a substitution with my prescription, and I only found out by asking this time. The first time, I discovered it when complaining to my doctor about pain and discomfort caused by the substitution without prior notification. Before leaving this time, I requested to speak with the person in charge, only to have Chad dismissively roll his eyes and insist it's my responsibility to ask. Regardless, I was informed after I inquired. I emphasized that it's not just about me; someone unaware of the need to ask could face serious complications. He simply stated he is busy and just doing his job.

Drop off prescription at 3 pm. I am told 1 hour return at 5:30 not ready. Still waiting for it. No we’re almost done, no apologies no nothing just stand here and wait. Busy say your busy and tellMe to come back tomorrow but why think it’s ok to waste peoples time. Communication is easy, I’m easy.

The pharmacy manager (Charity) extremely rude, I had left a voice mail which she called me a couple hours after and told me one of the prescriptions were ready then I told her I had just had surgery and asked her about the other prescription she told me it would only be ready the next day. I was disappointed and expressed my disappointment and asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was it, then she said she was not going to fill none of the prescriptions and hang up on me. That is so unprofessional and unacceptable. I called corporate and requested that they would call me back.

Took 2 hours to get a prescription idk how all these people arent fired in 2023 u would think there would be a faster system these guys dont have a clue always slow always not on time always turtle speed with customers

Went to buy a cough syrup for our friend at 12.30 AM. Thank God it's still open. It is really helpful to have a pharmacy around that is open 24/7.

Personally, I find the CVS chain revolting and do everything I can to stay away! Staff is typically lacking in number, and those there have a poor attitude. Prices are through the roof on practically everything in the store, yet there's always a line at the register! I've spoken with others who think CVS is great! Guess I'm in the minority judging by the checkout line! This location is no different than any other CVS.

Stopped by to load money on my Capital One card. They are open but cannot provide the service. The young lady tells me that for her safety she cannot take cash so the only thing that is available is self checkout however if I purchase $200 worth of items I would still end up having to pay her so I don't understand what's the difference aside from that she doesn't even know how much money I wanted to load on the card it was only $40 so now I have to go back during my lunch break to try and handle my transaction. A big inconvenience

Filthy! I refuse to be vaccinated at this location. When one thinks of a Pharmacy, one thinks of something clean and free of germs as possible. This location is the complete antithesis! This is the closest CVS pharmacy to my home. Since my insurance company owns this pharmacy, it is in my best interest to get my prescriptions filled at a CVS. This said, this is my pharmacy. Over the past decade I've seen it go from "pretty good" to "not very good." Generally the pharmacists are professional. Eddie and a few others are OUTSTANDING. However, the filth is overwhelming. The RUDE staff is as difficult to overlook as the filth.

They didn't fill out my prescription correctly.. doctor called 3 times to fix it. No answer, I called and was on hold for over an hour just for them to answer and hangup on me.

I came in to get flu shots for kids and me. My son, 4, freaks out at needles. The pharmacist and manager were amazing and really helped my son and me through the process.Amazing service

I've never had a worse experience at a CVS. I went to this location on three separate occasions and every time it somehow got worse. No one ever answer the phone even after being on hold for hours. The lines are always very long despite only one person helping at a time. The employees are rude and use foul language openly in front of customers.
